Big comfy clean room, great beds, high ceilings, excellent made to order breakfasts. Very close to river and main Hue attractions. Best of all by far were owners Lien and Tauzheng--nicer, more helpful, and honest people you will not find. Great people doing good business. We arrived new to Vietnam, and left more in love with the country and having made a real friendship connection with the good people at Hue Sweethouse 2. Hue is a subtle gem--great food, culturally profound, easy and relaxed.

Set along the Perfume River this lovely old style hotel was just so relaxing and close enough to everything by foot, dragon boat or taxi! The rooms were big and lovely corridors that opened to let the breezes in and overlooking the alfresco courtyard. The breakfast was the best we have had in Vietnam full of choices and fresh! A lot of the staff spoke English so it was easy to be understood and feel like a valued customer especially the manage of the tour operator counter.

I'm here for the 4th time, because I'm in Da Nang, so whenever I'm free or bored, I always come to Hue to play. Who said Hue is sad, but I don't see it. This place has its own character that makes me flutter every time I come. Even Thuy Duong Hotel, because it has something very personal, very Hue and very Vietnamese. Thank you for bringing this cultural value through the accommodation service. Wish the hotel more and more crowded and known by many people!

Owner and his family were lovely. He was good to deal with and very accommodating. Rented scooters through him and he suggested a tour bus to Hoi An that we thoroughly enjoyed. They also did our laundry for free which was very much appreciated. Very good location for Hue with everything in walking distance. Hotel is set on a charming little side street. Room was great, quite spacious for Vietnam and loved having a balcony overlooking the local area.

We loved our stay at Candy Inn. Huong and staff were very warm, friendly and accommodating. They kindly let us check into our room early after we arrived on the sleeper train from Ninh Binh. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. The hotel is well located in Hue: a short walk from the main streets with bars and restaurants. Huong also made us lovely vegan breakfasts on request. Great value for money - highly recommend staying here!

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Hue at walking distance of the best restaurants and close to the citadel. The owners are very nice and helpful. They bought train tickets for us to Danang and we booked a one day city tour through them. If you come to Hue, please book a cooking class with Anh Cookery, it is something unique and it will give you so much knowledge of Vietnamese food and culture!

Hands down the best hotel in Vietnam we stayed so far. Usually not impressed by those big chains hotel but this one was perhaps a true 5 stars. Great bathroom with a strong water pressure, clean and spacious room, beautiful view, comfy beds. But overall the most important was the great efficient staff! Special Thank you to Noel as we had issues booking our flights tickets and she took the time to help us.

Nice Room and perfect location in Hue . That’s why I back in this hotel when i have time . This street will becoming a Walking Center next time. Nice budget hotel with helpful staff + Rooms are good size. About 10 mins walk to the citadel and going out area with many Local foods. Staff s helpful in organising tours and The owner so polite , friendly.

I had a wonderful vacation in Hue, everything was perfect when I stayed at Timothy homestay. This is not only a hotel to stay but also a place where I can experience the beauty of Hue people, enjoy delicious coffee, and beautifully decorated and clean rooms. I will definitely come back next time

Wow, does not even begin to describe. From check-in to the staff the room the breakfast everything was 5 star plus. My wife was very impressed with the spa. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone anytime. This is our 6th trip to Vietnam and this hotel counts among the top 5 easily.

It's clean, cozy, and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Hue.

The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were helpful, kind and made our stay comfortable. I really liked that the hotel pool was heated, especially during this time of year in Hue. The breakfast was also excellent!

Excellent helpfull staff. We arrived to Hue after heavy rain, so the city was in flood. Hotel' staff was very kind, took care about us and even though we could not go out to a restaurnat, hotel' personnel assured eating and drinks.

The location is really convenient, the rooms are confortable and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. A great option in Hue. I'll come back to this hotel.

Breakfast was good, but the coffee was terrible. This is the first hotel in Vietnam I've been to that didn't offer to make you coffee in the restaurant.
