Breakfast was good...Selection was not bad too.. Location is great and within walking distance to shops and food. Helpful and friendly staff. Even though I requested them that we need a double bed in Mar 11th. They confirmed it right away. But when I arrived in Mar 28th. They told me that room with one double bed was full. Then they combined 2 single beds into 1 double bed, It looked very reluctant. I had no other choice but accepted. But that was just a rough start. In the middle of the night, I suddenly woke up between the two grooves of the combined bed. I almost wanted to fall down that crevice. My boyfriend and I had to sleep on the right side of the single bed. It felt very cramped and uncomfortable. It has not stopped here. My boyfriend wanted to wash hair, and suddenly found that there was no hair dryer in the room. I was about to get the telephone to call the receptionist, but the room also didn't have a telephone as well. I wonder why the two most essential things are not equipped.

The location of the hotel is perfect - very close (walkable distance) to most sights. It was mostly quiet at night (aside from some cats having a standoff some nights) and the room had a comfortable temperature. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. It was also nicely decorated. Slightly dated but it looked like they were working on some renovations when we were there.

Welcome drink very good!! And the location is awesome close to all sites. Pillow too thick not very suitable for us.

Location was great, 1 street behind Ben Thanh Market, easy access to food. Room was large, clean and however as it was on the back side of the building, the windows faced someone else's building. Duvet was great, room spacious and there was enough room on the floor for additional 6 pax. They did not make up the room even after reminder. Had to go down multiple times to remind them to make up room. Toilet also had issues flushing, had to get staff up to clean it up.

Very lovely door people who helped out whenever needed. Very clean and close to everything. It was all good

The hotel is located brilliantly. Close to the market and all local attractions. It’s very walkable. The staff were great and helped wherever possible. The internet was mostly good and when we had issues they were sorted promptly. The bed was super comfy. Water was provided daily. I don’t believe we had the room in the picture. We found the room in the picture but was told it was a tier level higher in cost. Noise from rain on the neighbouring building kept us awake and the construction noise was a problem at times. The air freshener was quite overpowering. Even though breakfast was pretty good, some pastry choices would have been good as well as serving many of the hot items were served cold. The coffee was not good.

great location . Walking distance to Bahn Thane market & convenient of getting food only thing price of foods is slightly high as is a tourist area compare to district 2-3 Breakfast & at least a have a coffee house at hotel even is small if goods for the a small meeting area & coffee break .

The room is quite large, the toilet is big and super clean. Fully equipped and very nice layout. Central location can go to many places, only takes 3 minutes to go to Ben Thanh market. service and support staff. Breakfast is quite ok and service attitude is extremely good. I will go back to the hotel.
