It was exactly as you see it in the pictures. Clean and spacious especially for this price. Miss Tina is amazing. She doesn't know much English but we used Google translate and managed everything perfectly. She was so accommodating to everything I may have needed. It's a great location and it's just within an alley. You'll see a petrol station at the start of the road. Easy access to food and of course taking the grab bike is very convenient. The water wasn't always hot but it's so hot in Saigon it wasn't such a big thing. Make sure to spray the room with Raid before sleeping cos there's a lot of nature around so the mosquitos can have their way with you if you're not careful.

Not sure how or why it was rated so highly but I guess for the money it was okay. Shower and AC worked great. Luckily for me I didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Building itself was okay but rooms and furniture need some TLC. The hostess was helpful. Water bottles at my door daily Didn't like the location, should have paid more attention to the maps. Grab was cheap so not a huge issue. Tours won't come to you, to far out, had to grab a bike to the city and back. As others have mentioned, not many food spots in the area, you do have to walk a fair while. I was on the 4th floor and had a view of a dilapidated building/homes who owned roosters and dogs so bring ear buds. I love a firm mattress but this bed was hard and the sheet barely covered my short body.

Nice spacious rooms, good aircon and a nice helpful host. Location is a bit far out but ok if you can use grab or have a scooter. Beds were also a little too firm.

The location was a the border between district 2 and 7. There is a nice small restaurant down the street and to the north, next to a buddist temple. You can just get a GRAB (like uber in Vietnam) and get to the city for 1-2 Euros / Dollars. So it is very cheap and takes around 15 minutes to the center at Ben Thanh market. GRAB also delivers very nice food to this place. Try to get an appartment at the 4th floor, the garden rooms are a bit loud in the morning, since there was a barking dog at the neighbours house. Also you get less mosquitos in the 4th floor. There is an elevator and free water refills on the ground floor. There was a leak in the roof in my first room, but I got a new room and everything was fine. In the garden rooms the internet was very fast, but on the first floor it was a bit slower, but still good enough.

I had an amazing time at Tina Hotel and Apartment during my visit to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The staff was friendly and welcoming.They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing spots. The rooms were cozy and fully furnished and the complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel kept me connected during my trip.The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the café, restaurants, markets and nearby attractions, and the tall floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms provided stunning city views. Nothing really. A very good value for money.

Room layout gives you 2 bedrooms with a shared living room / kitchen The location does not have near 100m or less convenience store. Or walking distance food choices

The room was really big and bright. The owner was very helpful showing where to get good food. I really appreciate they let me leave my extra bags at their place while I travel north. I will pick them up when I come back to Hu chi mihn city when I heading to Seoul. None

The property was easy to reach and the staff willing to help out with any questions. The rooms were clean and and had a nice view. If you need to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this is the best value for your money
