The staff were fantastic. The Captain went out of his way to make sure that the few of us that weren't with the tour group were made a priority. The tour group on our cruise were some of the rudest people I've ever encountered, however the cruise handled them with the utmost professionalism and made sure the impact was minimised.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. The food was average, especially the first lunch.

The boat was large enough so we could have our own space. The room was large and the balcony was an added bonus. The cold shower. This was the only negative.

The whole trip was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, proper sit down and lunch and dinner, around 5 courses each time (if you are a hungry person make sure to bring snacks with you as there aren’t any on board) We did the excursion’s and that really made the stay as it gave us the time to see more of Ha Long Bay. We had a balcony room which was perfect as we watched the sun go down and got to sit outside with a coffee in the morning. It is a very very magical place, the beds were big and very comfy, air con and free water, tea and coffee. An absolute must see. It is not a negative but I just wish I knew how long we would actually be on the boat (it is not one night, two days, it is less than 24 hours) we arrived at 11:30am and boarded the smaller boat to get to the main cruise for 1:00pm, we then went straight into lunch and excursions, had some chill time in the evening before dinner and then chill time after dinner. The wake up is very early, the day starts at 6:00am, if you want to get involved in the activities, if not main brunch was at 9:45. We had to check out by 9:30am and were off the boat by 10:30am the following day, back on land around 11am, all the cruises are the same but just wish I knew and would probably have tried to book a 2 night cruise. Also drinks are not included. They are more expensive than the local vendors but not extortionate. Just a point that I think water should at least be included with meals.

Nice and on-shape cruise. Double room with balcony was very comfortable and beautiful. Cruise stop during the night so there was no noise from engines that could hinder sleeping. Really friendly and attentive staff. All activities were nice and happen as scheduled. Price should include at least 1 drink per person and meal, even if limited to for instance beer or soft drink to choose. All cruises should start paying attention to water cleanliness in Halong Bay, which has some very dirty areas (mainly oil and plastics), otherwise people will end up not wanting to pay to go there.

Przemila obsluga, na kazdym kroku bylo mozna liczyc na ich pomoc. Bardzo ladne pokoje i wygodne lozka. Widoki przepiekne. Plus za atrakcje w cenie. Trzeba bylo placic za wszystkie napoje. Lazienka moglaby przejsc remont. Przeciekala nam klimatyzacja w nocy przez co podloga byla bardzo mokra.

Fantastic amenities! The rooms were incredibly spacious and the entire boat was well-kept and very comfortable.

Eine schöne Bootsfahrt in der Halong-Bucht. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Getränke sind im Preis nicht inbegriffen. Mr. Lee, unser zentraler Ansprechpartner bei allen Fragen war immer erreichbar und hat wirklich gute Arbeit gemacht. Aktivitäten bei der Bootstour waren: Kajakfahren (2x), Tintenfischangeln (ohne Erfolg), ein Kochkurs, die Bereitstellung einer Karaokeanlage. Das war schön, es hätte jedoch auch eine Aktivität mehr sein können. Zudem haben wir nicht viele Kilometer zurückgelegt. Es hatte den Anschein, dass wir an etwas jener Stelle übernachteten, von der wir am Mittag losgefahren sind. Die Getränke an Board sind recht teuer und wohl Teil des Geschäftsmodells.

Très belle chambre et surtout très confortable ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Le personnel a été attentionné avec nous et a pris soin de nous guider/conseiller tout au long de la croisière. Les repas étaient très copieux et bons La durée du séjour qui pourrait être un peu longue (2j, 1n). Nous sommes restés au final que 24h. Je précise que c'est le cas pour quasi toutes les compagnies. Dommage aussi que toutes les boissons soient en supplément.
