The staff, especially Lily, Tiffany and Zoey are exceptional. So friendly, smiley and helpful. They instantly make you feel happy. The property is beautiful and so clean. Very comfortable bed. Great quiet area. Close to beach. Some fab places to eat minutes away. Leaving.

I booked last minute and the staff is really efficient. I only spend one night but definitely Tiffany at the reception made my stay ! She recommended me a really good restaurant for diner and really cared about my stay. It’s a lovely property, the rooms are really good. Thank you !

Special compliment go to Tiffany who serves customers truly from her heart. Her spoken English is good. She is polite, soft spoken and professional. The ID is very beautiful. I personally love the fish pond n swimming pool. The door to the bathroom in the room obstructs the way.

From the time of booking until we checked out the service was exceptional. All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Lilly who is an asset to the hotel, from assisting us when we arrived until we left the hotel, she was always there with a smile on her face. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and hotel is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

When we arrived in Da Nang, we had to change hotels at the last minute and ended up at Daisy late at night. The reception was wonderful right from the start, offering us professional service and refreshments. The hotel atmosphere is very welcoming and the service is truly friendly and personal. This hotel lives up to its description and is really good value for money. The only reason we didn't stay longer than two nights was because it was further away from the part of town we needed to stay.
