We really enjoyed our stay in the Riverside Hotel. Its location is great, and the river view across is amazing. The hotel is very close to the beach with interesting seafood restaurants, as well as the center with pedestrian streets and lovely cafes. The staff was very kind and enthusiastic. The breakfast was delicious, with good variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dong Hoi City. Great value for the price, even better than in some resorts.

We were satisfied with the hotel. The room was large and clean, with a nice bathroom and well working air conditioning and internet. The hotel is not directly at the beach and I do not know what is meant with the private beach, but in any case one can walk in 10 minutes to the sunflower beach/restaurant that is actually the best beach we have seen in Vietnam during our one month holiday.

Very nice hotel, great location and kind, helpful staff. You can arrange everything there to visit the Phong Nha caves, like tours, private driver or renting a motor bike. We had a private driver to go to the caves, Tai, who also works there. He was very kind and trustworthy and knew a quick route to go to the caves!! We enjoyed our stay and recommend going there!

The hotel is newer and directly across the street from a great stretch of the beach - Just a short walk down the promenade there are numerous street vendor/restaurants run by families - Right on the beach serving incredible food - The seafood is sourced from the sea by local fishermen and brought to the restaurants - Incredible food and good value.

Very new and nice hotel, good breakfast and nice Spa area. Everything was outstanding and way above standard compared to other hotels in the same price category in Vietnam. In Vietnam the personal in hotels is always helpful and nice but in this hotel it was even a little bit better. Thank you for the incredible stay.

This was an incredible spot. We did not have very high expectations as it was a very affordable option, the hotel was lovely. Very clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, the hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend this place.

I've been to Dong Hoi twice and have stayed here both times. I'll come back here if I'm in the area again. Great place, super clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and people are friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Loved this place!

Good family room for overnight stay on way to Phong Nha. Lovely roof terrace with river view. Good restaurants nearby. Owner was lovely and made a good breakfast, also arranged a pick up from airport and transfer to Phong Nha.

The hotel is amazing. Especially the value for the price you get is really good. If you are looking for amazing views from the hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff you will not be disappointment. We will come back for sure!

The homestay was value for money! It was at a great location and the owner was too kind! She cooked us breakfast before we leave for our excursion to Phang Nha Caves. I would really recommend anyone booking this place.

The pool, staff, beach location, room itself was amazing. By far my favorite hotel in Vietnam (and I went from Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An & Hanoi). Dong Hoi & Duy Tan is the BEST, with the kindest staff ever

Clean and comfortable. Cute dog. Tucked in a quiet alley. Homestay owner also arranged for a bus to Phong Nha and let me freshen up after I came back at no extra cost. Perfect for a night in Dong Hoi :)

BLACK MOLD. Everywhere. Hardest bed ever. Sure on the beach, and it was stormy, but this hotel doesn't even compare to the ratings. Stayed 1 night and then got out of there. Don't do it!

Beautiful hostel near the beach. Very modern and plenty common areas to chill out. They have a coffee shop also.
