5 stars best Double bed room we had in Vietnam, very comfortable clean, the staff can speak good english and is very helpful, perfect location,would come back definitely! we don't expect the room service, we only stayed 3 nights, but thank you! maybe put a sign at the door, so the people can choose

Staff is very helpful with everything you need (bookings, recommendations etc). Water is really hot during the shower if you prefer that :D it’s warm in the night. The breakfast is really nice. Location is close to everything you need walking distance. The room is clean and can be cleaned everyday if you want. There’s a very thin wall between the rooms so you can hear what other person says. Also you can see light from the corridor through the door so in the night it might wake you up.

This place had the most comfortable bed of my trip so far in a nicely decorated room. The staff were friendly and helpful to arrange an excellent motorcycle trip. Good breakfast made to order No window in the room other than the glazed door

We were very kindly received by the staff. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good enough and met our needs. We benefited of fast laundry service and an prompt early transfer to the airport. Nothing to say about this.

Great local in the old town. Away from a main street set around a courtyard. Very quiet. Host arranged an Easy Rider bone tour - 6 hours - which was great. Walking distance to the night market - great food - and fab coffee shops and bars. Thank you for your hospitality! Nothing! Great value for money

We enjoyed our stay in Lemongrass homestay. We were greeted very nicely by a lady at the reception, she showed our room. The facilities were very clean and cozy. The location is great, close to night market and the lake. Nice breakfast. A little bit loud in the morning

Clean premises, the room was spacious and the toilet was clean. The younger female receptionist was friendly too. Free breakfast daily too. It's located centrally as well, not too noisy at night. The extra charges weren't transparent. I had asked if it was possible to do a late check out and the receptionist told me it was possible, but neglected to inform me of the extra charge and later when checking out I was informed but the older receptionist that I had to pay for a full night. I don't have issues with paying the charges, but it should have been told to me at the start as a matter of principle.

The staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Location was great, bed was comfy. We felt so welcome and loved our stay. The room felt quite damp in the air (no actual damp) after the first time we used the shower and stayed that way. Water in the shower wouldn't stay hot for more than a few minutes but it wasn't cold so not really a problem
