Clean, central and very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay there very much. Definitely rebook.

Value for money was excellent, all staff were helpful and friendly, room was spacious and clean, breakfast selections were more than sufficient. Good location in tourist area with plenty of bars and restaurants and just about far enough away to minimise the noise at night . Perfect for a few nights stay Pool was too cold and pool area was not welcoming

The staff was super friendly! They helped us with transport and recharging sim card. The room was clean. Spacious shower and hot water. If you take a long shower, the next person maybe don't get it as hot. The hotel is at a very good location. In the middle of a street with lots of restaurants and bars. However, this comes with some noise at night so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast isn't that great but in general I think buffet breakfast are not always that good anyways.

At first I was a bit concerned when I pulled up in the taxi, but as soon as I checked in my worries were dispelled, really friendly welcome from reception staff, especially Cong, brought to the room with a nice city view and looking towards the perfume river above the rooftops, and the hotel is very well located, almost on walking street, the biggest satisfaction was with the really lovely breakfast, lots of vegetarian options, fruit, good coffee and Juice, all in all a great start to the day in this little gem of a hotel, nothing to complain about,

We loved our spacious and cozy room with a massive king-size bed. It was very relaxing. We had a beautiful view of the river from our window. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including a soup and egg station. The hotel was in a prime location on the walking street, which was lively and fun on the weekends. There was some noise, but it didn’t bother us much and it stopped soon. We had a great time exploring the walking street. The reception also offered us a convenient service of renting an automatic scooter at a fair price. We enjoyed riding around the city and seeing the sights. We didn’t mind much. The hotel was undergoing some renovation and repair work while we were there, which caused some disturbance and a bit of dust in the lobby, but they tried hard to keep us cozy and were constantly cleaning. So we were fine with it. The shower water can get extremely hot (in no time) so watch out - this needs to be fixed by maintenance. It would also be nice if they’d switch from tiny disposable shampoos to more eco-friendly, reusable bottles.

The staff was really nice and polite. Spacious bedroom. Unstable WiFi and almost cold water in the shower, even the heater was on 2 hours before showering

Comfortable hotel. Good value. Rooms spacious with all amenities working. Secure robust safety deposit box in room, multi channel TV, limited but adequate buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly especially the front desk of ms An and Ling who was always trying to help and welcome you.

Large comfy bed with nice view, breakfast buffet wide selection and very friendly staff. Let us store our bags for the day and use an umbrella as it was raining the whole Time Shower setup abit odd, couldn't help but flood the bathroom
