The staffs were super friendly at the same time professional. The hotel ground is very spacious that one can enjoy a quite walk in the compound. The hotel plantoon is convenient to arrange pickup and drop off for boat excursions. We would have preferred to be put on higher level for better view of the river as we know that the hotel was hard full. That little niceness go along away for patrons.

Room was very spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. I had requested a quiet room and this was honoured, we had no disturbances in our three-night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a fridge. The staff we came into contact with were all friendly and spoke at least some English. Breakfast was ample with both Vietnamese dishes and some western foods (bread, cereals, etc) plus juices, tea and coffee, and an egg station also. The head waiter, Sang, was very professional, friendly and helpful. Though outside of the town it is a short (under 10 minute) taxi drive either way at around US$4. Surprised that there was no iron or ironing board available in the hotel, though this was hardly of critical importance. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again.

Top hotel by the river and in a very quiet location. It takes you around 10 mins to drive to the center. Not many restaurants are within walking distance.

The best thing here is the service. it’s amazing, everyone we met in the hotel has a very high level of service. I would say it felt more like a 5-star hotel regarding the service. The hotel was in really good condition, it must have been remodeled recently. The rooms are very spacious, big window and very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and had everything we wanted. The bed could’ve been a bit softer. And the pool was a bit dirty.

Hotel an sich gut, sehr groß, viele Reisebusse fahren es an, entsprechend gibt es ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Personal ist geschult, obwohl nicht alle Englisch sprechen. Ruhige Lage, sieht man von lärmenden An- und Abfahrenden in den Nachtstunden ab. Pool sehr groß, wunderbar, auch wenn die Dusche nicht funktionierte. Lage weit außerhalb. Direkt am Fluss, ruhig - das suchten wir und das bietet es auch. Die Gegend ist jedoch nicht wirklich attraktiv. Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten, etwas vor Ort zu unternehmen, so gut wie keine Lokale außer dem hoteleigenen Restaurant, das nun wirklich die schlechteste Erfahrung war, die wir in ganz Vietnam hatten. In die Stadt kommt man mit dem Taxi, das ist auch kein Problem, wenn man das mag.
