Location was nice and quit but not to far to walk down to the city markets etc. or just get a GRAB.

This hotel is comfortable and well managed. We had a king room with balcony and it was spacious and light, having windows on three sides. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The price we paid was amazingly low for such a comfortable room. The balcony was not really usable because it didn't have chairs and table, and there was a lot of smoke in the air from local burning off. Some of the furniture was in need of maintenance, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Overall, the quality is very good compared to the price, there is spacious free parking, large beds, clean rooms. Staff are very nice. The hotel has card payments which is a plus. The only minus point is that the room is poorly soundproofed. Sounds can be clearly heard from the next room or in the hallway. Couples doing private things, or people singing in the bathroom, .... in the next room, everything can be heard clearly from inside the room

The rooms were spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. Staff were accommodating, they allowed us to check in early, free of charge. It was a bit off the beaten track, no where near the centre. The bathroom in the lobby was very dirty and unwelcoming.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful, nice room decoration, comfortable bed. It’s a wet bathroom with an open shower area, no shower screen nor curtain. The photo provided by hotel showed room with a shower screen bathroom, but there wasn’t one when I checked in.

Firstly, many thanks for Be U Hotel staff quickly helping our group check in early 6 hours without fee. I did book another hotel for 5 nights. However, this hotel didn't look clean as their photos. Luckily, I found Be U Hotel and can stayed here for 4 nights. I wished I could find this at the beginning. This location is great with a lot of shortcut ways to go to town. - very friendly staff - super comfortable bed - cheap scooter rental (£4.50 per day) - great value for money - in a great location for access to restaurants and bars - the hotel itself was in a quiet location, away from busy roads - the room was quite tired, lots of marks on the walls etc - room was very small - there was quite a lot of noise from other guests, kids shouting in the hallway from 6.30am every day, I think our room was next to the cleaning cupboard as there was a lot of noise with a door opening and closing, also you could hear the man in the next room clearing his nose every half an hour which wasn't great haha
