The pool was very clean and provided a nice view. The apartment was a good size with a decent balcony and was well worth the money. The WiFi in our apartment was virtually non existent. It was fine in the rest of the property and they did try to rectify the problem but we never had decent wifi in our room for the duration of our stay.

I like the convenience of location and the space inside the apartment or queen room. The living room chairs that go with the table aren't very comfortable as they're made of solid wood and aren't easy to relax in. Also, the wifi signal wasn't great at times.

Like the rooftop swimming pool. Very helpful staff: they changed the room for us without any fuss, when we had ants in our room, they upgraded us when we extended our stay. Good location, 10 mins walk from front beach, 15 mins walk from back beach. Clean hotel. Ants on the ground floor. But staff changed us to upper floors.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and alot of great eating spots very near by. Phuong and Andrew on reception were outstanding, so friendly and welcoming. Helped if we needed anything. The room was spacious and serviced everyday, with clean towels, sheets etc. The room even had its own washing machine which was a great added bonus to be able to get heaps of washing done. Great pool up on the top deck with sun loungers. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable, the place only took me 5 minutes to get to the beach and a little to the city centre. WiFi was not strong enough to reach my room, I had to use mobile data regularly.

The staff here were amazing. Location was good and the property very clean. You could hear other guests in the hallways and landings outside which made it hard to sleep undisturbed.
