The location was good for the price, there is a small market nearby, and you can see the dragon bridge from the terrace. The pool was good. The breakfast buffet was mostly for the Vietnamese people. We could only eat fruit and eggs. Alternatives such as french fries, toast, waffles, and cake can be added. English names can be written on the front of the dishes. For remote workers, the desk is not suitable for long stays.

The room was exceptionally beautiful and clean. There was room service everyday changing towels, waters and tissue. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was superb. We had enjoyed our stay there. The staff much of the time helped us in getting taxi though the hotel is close to some tourist spots like the dragon bridge, sontra night market and souvenir shops. The bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The hotel has really value for money I would like to give our big thanks for the complimentary gifts you gave us after our check out. We didn't enjoyed the pool as it was raining

Very typical Vietnamese slim building from outlook. However, the nice and cosy rooms gave us a surprise. Very comfortable bed and we had most wonderful sleep the 2 nights while staying. Definitely I will come back to Calix if I have another chance to DaNang again! The shower glass of the bathroom couldn’t get to be closed and water splashed out, but it was not a very big issue.

Excellent Room, very spacious, bed comfortable. Good location between the Dragon Bridge and the beach Swimming pool on the top, great place to see the Dragon Bridge Need to improve the breakfast to the Western people, few choices, and no butter, jam, and milk. I understand that there wasn’t a lot of western tourist in this hotel, however, the hotel could be more prepared to attend.

The location was great, and the beach was clean, unlike other parts of Da Nang. The staff were friendly & efficient. The rooms were nice and the food was quite good. the TV cannot access to Netflix

The location is perfect. within walking-distance to Dragon Bridge where you can see the dragon spits fire at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday on the rooftop, and close to the beach. Breakfast was quite limited (maybe because we were traveling off-peak seasons) but overall still good and enjoyable. The best thing is you can request the hotel to deliver any local food and they will serve the food in their restaurant FREE OF CHARGE. The hotel is new-built so they didn't have the spa & penthouse ready yet. Swimming pool is a little small but enough for relaxing (peaked seasons may be crowded). They also have no facilities for children to play.

Our stay at Calix Hotel, Da Nang is exceptional! The breakfast is really good with lots of choices. The location of the hotel is close to all the important places too: My Khe Beach, pagoda, Dragon Bridge, and night market. But what made me say this hotel is the best are the staff especially Ryan of the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us in our stay. Always greets us with a smile and made sure our stay is the best. He recommended places to go and cafes to check. I’ve been traveling for quite sometime now and he is by far the best I’ve ever made. He is doing his job exceptionally well and he deserves a raise and promotion. To Ryan, thank you for making our stay memorable. You are a gem. Calix Hotel is so lucky to have a front desk guy like you. You are so excellent in your job! If ever I will come back here I will be staying here again. Thank you Calix Hotel! Nothing. This hotel exceeded all our expectations.
