We had an IMMACULATE room in the homestay which was also spotlessly clean. They helped us with our luggage and provided a the best bahn mi we had tasted for breakfast.
We loved everything, but just to note that the door to the private bathroom is two steps outside of the room rather than adjoining.

Breakfast was a typical Asian breakfast nicely presented. The owner and her staff were always as helpful as they could be despite their limited English.
Difficult to communicate because staff couldn't speak very much English.

A safe hotel with a good attitude. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is good, in the city center, but quiet and homely. Laundry and breakfast are available.
The rooms on the fourth floor are very good and lovely, but you have to walk there (there is no elevator :))...

Prime location. Right opposite dragon bridge. Excellent to watch the dragon fire show on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.
They offer a delicious egg Banh mi for breakfast.
Even though it’s on the main street the room was super quiet at night.
Spacious room. Aircon works great and plenty of hot water.
Highly recommend for those in tight budget.
Tv didn’t work. Furniture a bit run down. Bed on the firm side. None of these things were deal breakers for us.
For the very fair price we paid for our family of 5 it was an excellent choice.

Very close to the night market and Dragon Bridge, the room is large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff here are friendly. I will come back when I come to Da Nang

Prime location! We booked family rooms and hotel was situation over looking the riverfront. Only 3 mins walk to Son Tra Night Market and Dragon Bridge was has fire & water show on the weekend👌 Cheap accommodation, on-site laundry service, delicious breakfast and coffee. Loveddd the bread roll. Simple and delicious.
Property was bit old and interior, flooring and walls. No lifts. Bathroom was really really small and bit gross. But seriously for the price we paid, this was expected and accepted. So all in all, can’t really complain.

The location is excellent. It's on the side of the Han River that has faces the Dragon bridge head. The facilities are good and the room is very spacious. Good stay for families.
The bathroom was a bit small compared to the room size but it was not that big of an issue.
