As a travelling family of five, breakfast is an important part of a day. The Cherish Hotel breakfast was excellent - my son rated it the best of our trip through Vietnam! The staff were incredibly helpful in organising day trips. The pool was fine but could have been a little more inviting. A small criticism, but I still swam in the pool at least six times during our stay in Hue.

Breakfast was delightful and the breakfast host man in charge was so helpful and efficient, room was clean and the receptionist Serena went above and beyond to help us. Communication regarding bus transport could have been better. We were left on the side of the road for the better part of an hour at an undisclosed location, with no idea what was happening… the first driver left with our bags…it would have been nice to know a bit more about the schedule, please.

Great location, excellent reception staff and service. The top floor breakfast spread was very impressive especially with fresh cooked dishes. Any help requests and trip bookings where efficiently handled and no trouble.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with leaving luggage and arranging alternative check in time. The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was varied and all the food I had was tasty. I was woken up around 6am as the room was next to the staircase and there was constant noise so it was difficult to get back to sleep. The gym was disappointing - the treadmill kept jerking so wasn't safe to use, and the elliptical and cycle machines were not working.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was incredible, with lots of options. Good location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Good value for money. A renovation would be needed in some areas and elements of the room, as it looks a bit worn to be a 4 star hotel. But the price paid is more than fair. The pool is very small and not ideally located.

Rooms were clean and furnished well . Staff were friendly and extremely helpful . In particular , Ms Leah was able to help us retrieve a shopping bag promptly which we left behind in a taxi . She contacted the taxi company using the pick up location , drop off location and taxi company name only . The taxi company was efficient and effective and identified the driver who was very honest and sent it back to the hotel within 30 min . Our heartfelt thanks to Leah , the taxi driver and the taxi company . We liked the breakfast spread and also the juice kiosk at the front of the hotel building . The lobby was rather small and crowded in the morning .
