Senna Hue Hotel

Perfection. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. 5☆

Incredibly spacious rooms and bathrooms. Plus balcony. Pretty garden. Very clean. Staff incredibly nice and helpful. They can organise and book anything for you! Breakfast was good, lots of choices, but not the tastiest. Not the most homy, special decor. More very good standard, pretty big hotel/resort style (a plus for some, a minus for me).

The rooms were a good size. Nice spa facilities. Breakfast was good. Reception staff on arrival were not very welcoming. No welcome drink.

Rooms are nice and the location is good. Breakfast was Ok. There was a coffee shop adjacent which was a nice facility. Balcony had no furniture and breakfast was only average.

The room was spacious, the staff were wonderful & the food was excellent! It was all of a very high standard

Staff were helpful in changing our room after we complained about the noise coming from outside (poor soundproofing on the residential side). Also helped us with booking the bus back to Danang. Great breakfast buffet.

Very spacious and clean. Lovely big rooms and bathroom. Nice pool and garden area. Felt a bit too corporate. Breakfast and coffee disappointing.

The staff were so friendly and kind. They made my husbands birthday special by decorating the room and bringing him cake. The large shower was so nice and the balcony with a view was very relaxing. The ceiling fan I loved.

1) The entire staff, especially those at the door and assisting with luggage, were helpful, warm, genuine, and accommodating. The hotel arranged a driver to take us to the mausoleums. He was phenomenal and extremely professional. 2) Beautiful room and hotel grounds. Comfortable bed and linens. Large bathroom and gorgeous shower. 3) Wide selection of breakfast items, including Hue specialties, western and Asian dishes, as well as pastries, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. Standouts include the Panna cotta, fresh juices, herbs, Vietnamese condiments, and spring rolls. 4) Accessible location 1) Although Booking.com says that currency exchange is available, it is NOT. There is a bank next door but be warned that they are closed at lunch and may not be open during the posted hours. 2) The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of items but the overall taste was just OK. If you're looking for an innocuous introduction to Vietnamese food, the buffet offers versions that may appeal to first time visitors or those with sensitive palates. 3) Be aware that the flooring outside of elevators and in the areas with open hallways may be extremely slippery when it rains. 4) The shower drain drained extremely slowly and often we were standing in water. I told the front desk and they apologized. It was unclear from the conversation however (due to language difficulties), whether the slow drain was intentional (to prevent "bad smells") or not. 5) Noise. During the day there was a quiet, though nonetheless distracting music playing from somewhere. At night there was a bird or animal of some sort that continuously made sounds that I initially thought was construction.
