The bed was comfy and it is one of the few hotels that provide a cot for babies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The security always helped me carry my pram on the stairs, and staff took the time to let me use the kitchen to use the microwave to steralise my baby's bottles. Thao, the receptionist was very friendly, and made us feel welcome. The main facilities are across the road at their sister hotel. Although, it is only directly across the street.

Honestly very impressed by the room at this price point! Felt like a muchbmore expensive hotel room. Very comfy bed. Big bathroom and room. Very bright. Decent WiFi speed. I recommend. 1 major issue: one side of my room had barely any acounmstix insulation so I could hear everything that was happening in the other room. Which meant the quality of my sleep was really dependent oh my neighbors. As a result I had one mediocre night over 5 nights. Overall, considering the price point of the hotel, I feel it was totally worth it and if you have respectful neighbours, it won't be a problem.

My stay at Cordial Hotel in Da Nang was nothing short of fantastic! With its prime location near the beach and a rooftop pool, the experience was truly delightful. The panoramic views from the pool added a touch of luxury to my relaxation. What set Cordial apart was their generosity – granting access not only to their rooftop pool but also to a neighboring hotel's gym. The staff at Cordial Hotel, especially Nhi Hana, were exceptionally helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Helped me with tourist informations and to rent motor bike. The rooms were cozy, and the overall experience surpassed my expectations. Cordial Hotel is undoubtedly a top-notch choice for a memorable stay in Da Nang!

Best value for money! The hotel room itself is fantastic for what you pay. Comfortable bed and good facilities. The other areas need updating. The pool and pool area needs to be cleaned. A little bit more attention to detail and care and it could be an amazing hotel!!

Although the hotel room is not very big, it is some distance from the beach, but it is clean and has everything you need. The receptionist Ms. Hop is very polite, enthusiastic and patient to answer all our questions. This kind of service attitude is really worth mentioning. There are many styles of breakfast and the taste is good. The waiter Ms. Phuoc is also very polite, warm and friendly, and the chef Mr. Duc is also the same.
