The hotel was very good. The location is perfect to enjoy Hanoi to the fullest. Kent is a really good host and helped us organising the airport taxi as well as giving us tipps on what to do in Hanoi. The room is clean and big enough. We can really recommend Golden Lotus Hotel & Spa Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is clean. Friendly staff, especially Mr. Kent who helped me on my trips. Mr. Kent arranged a private car to pick me up from the airport to the hotel on time. He planned a wonderful 3-day, 2-night Ha Giang tour.

Great location and lovely staff. Had a massage in the spa downstairs which was great! Room was nice and clean. My friend and I booked a room with a window but sadly as the weather was cold and the window was single glazed and draughty, the room was incredibly cold. Sadly we couldn't change rooms but the very lovely receptionist gave us his electric heater to use in the room as well as extra duvets.

Amenities were so near and started from just outside the hotel. Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Must highlight staff Kent and Alan. They're good to give suggestions as to where to go and how to go. Kent helped us to book the 2 days, 1 night 5* cruise in Halong Bay. The toilet heater had some issues.

Room is really worth for the price and location is very convenient for move around. They have different categories for rooms and there are many good restaurants nearby. Everything is clean and staff is supportive. Highly recommend
