The hospitality and helpfulness of the reception staff was more than exceptional, nothing was too much for them, and always with a smiling face. Value for money and definitely would stay their again with their location in the old quarter of Hanoi The breakfast was average and could have had a larger selection on offer.

1. The hotel is located in the city centre hence it is easy to go around. 2. There are a lot of coffee places. Especially the famous Ban Cong Cafe. 3. 4 min walking distance to Ho Kiem Lake. 4. The staffs are super friendly and super helpful. One of the staff even guide me to the place where I wanted to go. And some of my trips are pre-arranged. My door lock is very hard to twist.

This as our second time staying here and again we highly recommend this hotel. Comfortable room and a good selection for breakfast. Right in the middle of the old quarter, it all just happens around you. This time we also had the staff book us some tickets on the Limousine Bus and that worked really well. It was also really helpful to be able to contact them when one bus didn’t turn up. They sorted it out for us very quickly.

I like the friendly staff and the location of the hotel right in the centre of the old French Quarter. The room was clean and comfortable as well. There wasn't much I didn't like.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect . Best of all the travel desk agent, Nicky, was incredibly helpful with our onward travel . Brilliant Nothing really

A quiet oasis amongst crazy noisy motorbike chaos on streets, but still short walk to everything in Old Quarter and the lake.

The location is perfect. Staff is kind and helpful; Maria was precious before my arrival, she gave me a lot of useful informations. My room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Not really important but bathroom are quite old, could be refreshed.

Excellent location, Marie and Minh did an excellent job of making us feel welcome The only thing that wasn’t 100% was the mattress in our room as it was very hard
