Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was top-class Laundry charges expensive - compared to other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam.

The rooms were huge, very spacious, modern, clean and had a great view of the beach. Lights/Aircon was all good too. Decent sized cupboard to put clothes in. Great breakfast selection. Pretty reception area. Overall it was amazing place to stay and the staff were super friendly. The spa/jacuzzi wasn't working which I was quite disappointed about.

Family room was spacious with nice views. Location is great. Breakfast area is a little small, as the hotel was busy this meant having to wait for free tables.

Great location across the road from the beach. Great suite (1606) - huge and very comfy - we.loved it. Awesome roof top bar and pool / views. Very friendly staff. Allowed for early check in which was appreciated. Breakfast was average. Suite didn't have a shower so an issue for those who may not manage to shower in a bath (or difficult for people with balance issues or getting over an injury like me - no rails etc). Showering in the bath made a big mess with water everywhere and wasn't relaxing - it would have been impossible to wash hair without flooding the room. A little bit of noise from other roof top bars and light sleepers might struggle without ear plugs some nights. At check out we had to wait for the room to be checked, which I thought was odd given we advised what had been taken from minibar (1 item) and they had our credit card. Luckily we had heaps of time and it didn't take too long, but may have been different had we checked out at a busy time and needed to get to airport. A little trust would have been better given they had our credit card etc and the normal process at most other hotels. It kind of took away from the friendliness shown till that point.

The hotel was modern and well maintained. They have a wonderful Infinity pool as well overlooking the beach. There was no gym as advertised. The staff were nice enough but not exceptional. The Bell boy/man, was probably the most helpful and interested person there that made you feel welcomed.

Love the location, right across the road from the beach. Rooms are big and spacious. Rooms were a bit outdated. We had a bathtub in our room, however no showe head. Water pressure out of little handle didn't have enough pressure to have a proper shower. Not sure about the 4 star rating as some of the 3 star hotels I've stayed had better amenities than this. Hopefully some renovations can bring this hotel back up to 4 stars.
