Breakfast had many options to choose from - staff was very friendly and helpful - pool had an amazing view most rooms have no view as they are facing the hotel next door

The bed was very comfortable, and all was clean. The gym and pool area was suitably equipped, with great views. The staff were very smiley and polite. Really great value for money. No price list for the mini bar. It'd be good to have ingredients listed, or at least major allergens listed for breakfast items.

- Good location - Not a bad breakfast for vegetarians - Clean rooms - Helpful staff with getting around the city - Breakfast options can be limited. My parents wanted hot milk for their cereal but they were told that they would have to pay extra. - Parents also requested extra tea bags in their room but again were told that they would have to pay extra. At check out, a staff member asked my parents if they were satisfied and when my mum mentioned the tea bag incident, the staff member gave her loads! However too little, too late!

Location. Convenient to go anywhere. Staff was super friendly The facility was not very clean. The rooms are a bit old in my opinion, but not a major issue.

The hotel was conveniently located and the roof top pool and bar were good. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The rooms were a bit tired but we didn't spend much time in them as there was so much to explore and do nearby. The transfer organised by the hotel from the airport was expensive compared to what we paid going back to the airport.

The staff continually went above and beyond to take care of us, accomodate our needs and requests and were super friendly. We requested a room change and they saw to it straight away and got us another room. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of Vietnamese and western style food. The staff always greeted us and were super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
