Swimming pool was really great, amazing staff (with one exception at check-in), wi-fi, beach. Laundry was good. Room service. TV with plenty of channels to choose from (it does rain in Da Nang in December). Minibar was emptied because I did not like the deposit idea. Same thing with my friend at check-in. Once we put this behind us we had a great time.

The suite was well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Breakfast was excellent. The facilities were great. It seems like the staff need better training when dealing with customers as we faced some issues. When we checked in, we had opted for an extra bed which was included in our room rate, but we were told that it would cost extra. After showing the staff the booking.com screenshot and after much deliberation, they finally conceded that it was included. The breakfast staff made it a habit to let us know that we would have to pay extra for the child's breakfast which was not included in our room rate. Once again we had to keep showing them the screenshot which clearly mentions that the rate was inclusive of breakfast for all persons. This became a joke for us daily. In all the staff were very friendly but could not take any decisions and had to refer to their managers for all queries.

Lovely staff at this hotel, with a great location on Da Nang beachfront and a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist areas. Fabulous breakfast. This was by far the dearest hotel on our tour of Vietnam, and for the price, I expected a little bit more. Its not the same standard as other Pullman Hotels in Europe and the Middle East. I’m nitpicking, but for the price I would have expected a turn-down service and mattresses on the uncomfortable sun beds. I also would have expected one of the two bars to stay open past 10pm. Those are minor details and had the hotel been more reasonably priced, I wouldn’t mention them.

The location was right on the beach , staff was excellent , response time of the staff was beyond expectation despite being almost fully occupied rooms were very specious. The buffet breakfast had lots of options , continental to local .
