The resort and staff are amazing, the location on the beach was just so good. Good range of food options in the restaurant. Or you can order meals until late from the pool bar. Highly recommend and I will stay again in the future.

I looooved the private beach area. There was practically no one four kilometers on end, and I really enjoyed walking along the beach and swimming in the infinity pool. The hotel was very chic and well maintained, even though I was not part of the “level” customers (I guess their version of VIP) I still had access to great amenities (not the level lounge and pools). So don’t worry, without “level” status, you still have a great stay at this hotel. The service was very kind and high performing as well. The food was good as well, although maybe a bit expensive for vietnamese standards. Compared to many other vietnamese hotels I have been at, the room had great light-shut-out curtains so I could sleep in my dark room until the later morning without issues. The rooms are not very well sound-proofed, but since it’s a calm area, the only bothering sound were other customers in the rooms next to mine.

Facilities and the private beach with plenty of beach beds. The 2 large pools were never too crowded. Reception area seemed inadequate, but understand there’s an upgraded reception block coming up.

This resort is absolutely perfect! In front of the beach, bars, pools, gyms, spa and so many other services and the rooms are all super nice and luxurious! We upgraded to The Level for the last night and it was a great experience, but even the previous room was really really good. My husband and I absolutely loved it! The staff is probably one of the best thing of this resort, so attentive, kind and good at their job. We will look to stay again at a Mélia venue for our next trips! Nothing!

The hotel is lovely, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Best so far on our trip. The pools are amazing There were some buildings on the property that were vacant which detracted to the ambiance. This is an excellent hotel for families, and we were on our own.

We loved how kind and friendly the staff were. Breakfast very tasty with many choices, our LEVEL room very comfy and close to the beach and pools. One special thanks to the young girl who works in the Kidsdom, thank you for being so kind and so compassionate. Hotel is a bit far from everything, need to take taxi if you want to go shopping, or just need to get something small from grocery shop. But we knew that before booking our stay :)

Beautiful hotel, the service was outstanding. Loved the location we had a beautiful view. There was also a lovely infinity pool by the beach with full service. The staff even left us gifts with handwritten notes in our room. 10/10 would recommend

room is spacious, clean beach, friendly staff, good variety of food and fruits served during breakfast. their my quang is better than what we had from grab. 25mins to hoi an so can easily do day excursions there maybe if they offer baby sitting service or allow to leave our kids in kids club that would be great so parents can have a break for a bit

The resort is very nice. The room was very nice and the layout of the resort is very simple and everything was within a minute or so of our bedroom. So very nice and felt very safe with my son always nearby. The pools were all excellent at the beach was so clean and beautiful.
