Excellent location and staff were courteous, friendly and competent. Room well appointed with everything good quality and working properly. Only issue was the weather in the morning which meant breakfast capacity was too low for the number of guests. HOwever, the staff fielded things well and the breakfast was good once we got to it.

clean, spacious rooms with lovely views. food was fairly good, staffs are well-trained when I contacted the resort via booking, they said they didnt have room for drivers. when I checked in, the reception offered us driver room with low price but we already booked another hotel for our driver

The garden is big, lots of trees and well maintain. Can not go to the beach (because they don't have the beach, just the sea).

I like the greeneries in the resort, lots of open space for guests to walk around and take photos. There were ants and little bugs in the room.

The staff were SUPER wonderful, especially the man who drove my bike over for me from the long walk from the car park!! The breakfast was great! I don't know why people were complaining on these reviews, there were many options and more than enough food for everyone! The pool and gym were excellent and were not busy when we went (Th-Sat) The restaurant's food was ok - overpriced, we don't mind paying those prices for food as long as it is good. The food here was OK, worth it. The AC in our bungalow room heated up our room on the first day but after we let them know they switched our rooms.

Mình thích nhất hồ bơi nước mặn, rất tiện không cần ra biển tắm mà vẫn có nước biển, các con mình rất thích, các phòng gần kế hồ bơi rất tiện. Thực đơn buffet sáng khách sạn 5* cần phong phú hơn, nhìu món hơn và cafe không đậm đà cho lắm! Nhưng khẩu vị khá vừa miệng

The room is so clean, roomy, comfy, and worth the price. I like the relaxing, quiet vibe; this is a perfect place for relaxation. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is also good. There are no private beaches.
