Had bungalow on beach. Perfect location but sea can get noisy. Best breakfast buffet. Try green godess, to die for. Excellent staff. Good local food around. Try Sunset Dragon fly and Mojito. Excellent quality but pricy. Once out of the resort you ens up in factory tourism. Dunes not worth it with pushy drivers.

Probably the best hotel/resort we stayed at in our 4 weeks trip from Hanoi to HCMC and probably the best choice at this beach. Friendly and familiar athmosphere, personel very attentive and friendly, always helpful. The breakfast at the pool area was stunning. So much choice from the buffet and additionally nice bowls, smoothies or stuffed sandwiches and croissants for order. You dont know what to choose, everything looks and tastes great. At lunch time a waiter serves fruit skewers for free at the pool and beach. The SAPA House room we had was stylish, you will feel pretty comfortable in here. The pool is small but fancy, the beach close by, clean and tidied up every morning. A kite school is here as well and daily courses offered. The restaurant serves excellent food. All in all a little paradise for us.

*Amazing staff, reading all your wishes *Amazing service, incl 2x/day house keeping *Amazing garden and facilities, everything top-notch, never had more comfortable pillows on sunbeds *Amazing bungalows with nice interior design *Amazing breakfast, we especially loved the healthy bowls and other à la carte choices *Great food and drinks also in the restaurant *Nice beach and beach view when swimming in the pool :) *Motorbike rent easily organized *not the properties fault - Mui Ne and Phan Tiet are not the nice small beach towns you might have thought of, every little stretch is plastered with hotels, there is waste everywhere… don’t even want to know how high season looks

The room we had was very comfortable with a lovely private deck area to relax on. The breakfast was excellent - many choices. The pool area is lovely with comfy Loungers on beach and around pool. We enjoyed listening to the birds and watching the squirrels in the trees.

Very well located. Restaurant with a nice view over the ocean. Very comfy beds and we really liked the outdoor shower. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Prices of the restaurants for food and drinks are very reasonable. Car parking is available, despite certain websites stating the contrary. Enough options are available to either chill by the pool or beach. Sun-loungers are extremely comfy compared to a lot of other hotels. I do like the breakfast, however it has to be noted that the focused client group lays on locals and asian. For westerners who like their cheese and ham selections it will be rather disappointing. In addition to this they do let you order from another menu, unfortunately only 1 Item from it per person. I am not sure what the reason behind this is, but it really limits your choice. We love outdoor showers, however as a hotel I should know that outdoor showers require extra cleaning. Indicating that since day one the outdoor bathtub was very dirty and the housekeeping unfortunately did not clean it. Could have played some louder music by the pool. The following is just a note and a side information. Please get the palm trees by the pool checked by a professional pest control. Termite streets are running up them and we all know what this can lead to in the future if left untreated.
