Consistent theme and mood in their interior design. Beautiful new property with genuine and hospitable staff -It took forever for pool service, which is ridiculous (especially for early evening time on a weekend). They need better staff division regardless of events. It's the Easter weekend with high occupancy rate, so at least have someone to attend to in-house guests in the pool area. -Unfortunately the a la carte meal in the evening was way below our expectations vs what we read about the chef (being fooled by the PR articles even though we were aware of the tactics). Consistencies in internal communication, service, and food quality that they need to improve here. -Very bad lifeguard on duty personnel. He lied down in the hut the entire time we were at the beach. There's a steep sand slope at their beach area due to the strong waves, but it turned more narrow and stable when you "dare" to move further that slope. The reality was: I dared not move further than that despite knowing the design of the beach here (I stayed at another property next door few months back and their beach does not have this issue), because my friend could not swim. And I would not risk my life in a strange beach location, since I could not turn to any experienced lifeguard for questions. We were only able to catch him later for questions, when we left the beach (he had to sit up to respond to us). Shame and lame service, I must criticize here. -There was a marathon happening on Sunday, during our departure time. The property is located in the center of the road blocks. No communication or warning for the guests was issued. We almost missed the flight because no cars could enter the property, forcing us to book their airport service at a very high (and in that situation, monopoly) price. We don't mind paying, but you could do better than putting guests in that situation.

This resort is superb and met all of our expectations in terms of luxury, amenities and comfort. The staff here are incredibly accommodating, respectful, and well trained. The manager, Lam Minh made sure we were taken care of from A to Z, and we were treated like VIP. The hotel is serene, quiet and pleasant. The food was also exceptional, we all of our meals onsite and could not be more pleased at how delicious it all was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

My whole family loved the place. We even find it more peaceful and comfortable than the 6* Intercontinental. Among all the resorts that we’ve been to, this is the best in the price range. -The whole resort is really well-designed and arranged. The rooms are really spacious, the houses are surrounded by trees providing privacy for guests. The location is excellent, next to the beach, main road, and a beautiful square. - The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. I only ask a question and they provide me with several options and immediate support. They really try their best for our comfort. - The room is cleaned twice a day, they also provide extra towels if needed. It smells so nice of ginger grass. - The restaurants are also nice and very affordable for a 5-star resort. The foods are good as well. We don’t even feel like going out of the resort. This is just a small thing that the gym isn’t very big and should have some towels for guests to use when exercising, but overall it’s quite nice and well-maintained.

Rooms are elegant. Food is so good. Coffee at Gozo is fabulous. The staff are very very nice. The water pressure was a bit weak that makes showering not quite satisfied.

Very good place for vacation with family. Friendly and helpful staffs. Room is very clean. Will definitely come back. Location is a bit far from downtown, but it’s still accessible by taxi.

The Stelia is a quiet haven in Tuy Hoa. It is on a street with minimal traffic and away from the bustle of the city but close enough to enjoy. It feels secluded and cozy. The staff were attentive to all of my needs and able to answer any questions. They ensured that I wasn't overcharged for taxis from the hotel to other locations. Though I traveled for work, I would consider staying at the Stelia with my family during my next visit. There were a ton of children and seemed very friendly for families.

I stayed with my family and I'm very satisfied with the resort. The room was huge and very clean. The whole place is green with lots of trees and flowers, very pretty. The food was nice at the restaurants (the breakfast buffet, too). I really liked every aspect of this resort, it's worth the price.

It was a stunning and exotic place to stay. Beautiful pool, pool bar, room are incredible clean, big, amenities and the fact you’re surrounded by nature is amazing. We really enjoyed two swimming pools. Also loved front able to walk out the door and be steps away from the beach. Every staff I came across was very kind, helpful and always bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. They did everything they can to make your stay comfortable and special. Food was decent, too. The welcome drink was special. The breakfast was amazing! So tasteful and with a great variety of options!

The breakfast location is not too far to your room, but you need to walk about 2-5 minutes. Walking to the breakfast restaurant in the morning under the path covered by trees is fun and chill. You have to walk across the street to the beach. There's no private walk path.

Peaceful & beautiful surroundings. Room was great and spacious. Breakfast was great, coffee was delicious. Overall great experience. Staff was friendly & accommodating. I was charged was a lost room key & a towel that had a stain on it
