This is a beautiful hotel property; there's nothing to fault. The gardens are so beautifully manicured and the hotel provides buggies to get you around from place to place, as the grounds are really quite large. The views back over the bay to Nha Trang are glorious. Our room was large and very tastefully decorated and stylish. Staff were all charming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but, if you're a westerner, it's important to know that 95% of the guests are from South Korea and Russia. We didn't meet any other guests at all who spoke English as a mother tongue. Also the hotel is set up, obviously, to cater to their needs. The breakfast selection has very few western options - would have been good to have had a place where someone cooked eggs to order, for example. So, if like us, you were hoping that you'd maybe getting chatting with some fellow guests over coffee or drinks, you're out of luck here ;-) Whilst other reviews criticise the location for being too far away from town, if you use Grab cars it will only cost you a few pounds to get into town (under £5) so it's not a big problem.. it's compensated for by the lovely peace and quiet and lack of road noise.

This place is heaven on earth! We were here for 3 days on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The view, the villa (and the bathroom!!) was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come back and give our best recommendation. Nothing

My son loved the pool and beach access. Probably spent the entire stay there! Staff at the front for the buggy cars and restaurant were outstanding. The hotel also put in a Christmas show for guests with canapés and drinks so I thought that special and gng above and beyond. Can’t rate this hotel any better! Oh and the kids club too - was able to leave my child play there (5+) for 2 hours whilst I rested and caught up on my book! Was only the check out experience - we arranged night prior for a wake up call at 6am and buggy at 7am to collect our luggage. Didn’t arrive till 7:15 which was out of character for this hotel as the staff have been amazing start ti finish! All other requests were met with happiness and assistance.

We loved the resort even though it was raining almost every day. We were spending most of the time in the sea or in the pool. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed tea and coffee with coconut cake that we‘ve got during happy hour from 3-4 PM. I would love to come back again. We arrived early in the morning and check in was possible only for 50% of the price for the room. We had to wait whole morning to check in at 12:00. The resort was quite far from the city center. The shuttle bus was running only 2 times per day.

The resort is really nice and overall clean. The staff was nice and spoke decent English. The breakfast buffet had quite a lot of options. We really liked that you can snorkel and see fish right on the beach of the resort. The area of the ocean in which you can swim is restricted and not so big. The rooms were not dirty at all but also not as clean and luxurious as I expected. The room service we ordered was just ok, breakfast was better though.

The hotel was well appointed, ample pools, the breakfast was outstanding. I enjoyed the Lagoon Bar for evening cocktails and swimming and the best customer service experience I had was there . Two employees to note Khai and Huy were incredible. Great knowledge of cocktails and were great at their job making sure they provided a great experience. The Day Spa experience wasn't great. We ordered and paid for a specific package to be given something that wasn't what the package included. We mentioned this to reception and it was rectified. Wouldn't use the spa services.
