This is a great value for money hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the two ladies at breakfast, who have a very proactive attitude in helping the customers. As an example, we are vegetarian with some dietary restrictions and they went beyond their means to help us. The room was very cosy and with beautiful views over Da Nang. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms were clean, well-equipped and comfortable.
There was construction work on one side of the hotel, expanding or renovating it, while we were there, which is understandable, considering that we stayed there in the off-season. However, the hotel staff could have paid attention to this fact and not to put us in rooms right next to the construction works. Waking up for the sound of impact drills in the room on the other side of the wall at 7 AM isn't what we were looking for.

I liked everything about this hotel, starting from their room size, their room service, their staff, food they served. Best part was the view from my room. I was able to see the beauty of Sunworld and Dragon Bridge. I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you are traveling to Da Nang.

We are vegetarians so limited options for us. The staff did their best to accommodate.
No facility to self iron clothes. Since property is slightly away, we had to rely on external services which was a bit of a hassle.

Florence Hotel is the best hotel we had stayed in Vietnam; I didn't want to leave. This hotel has everything you need to make your stay in Da Nang comfortable and memorable. If I have a chance of coming back to Da Nang, I will stay here again. The room and ensuite bathroom are fantastic, the view is phenomenal, the hotel breakfast is wonderful, the staff is exceptional, and everything is better than what you have paid for.
It was quite hard to get in and out of the bath tub, because of the ledge, but we managed it just fine after the first night. This review was my second for this hotel, because we came back after we went to Hoi An and Hue.
So when I chose this hotel for our stay in Da Nang; it was the best decision I've ever made for this Vietnam trip.

My siblings and I went to Vietnam for 10 days and we had stayed at 4 different hotels in 4 different cities, so Florence Hotel is by far the best hotel in our experience staying in Vietnam. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they helped us arrange transportation according to our itinerary, for example we wanted to go to My Son Sanctuary on the way to Hoi An, and they arranged for a sedan and a driver for us, the driver waited for us while we were exploring My Son Sanctuary, after that he took us to our hotel in Hoi An. The cost was reasonable as well.
The breakfast provided was good, with different mains everyday and standard Continental fare as well. It was a happy marriage of Vietnamese and Continental breakfast fare.
I asked for a lovely view when I booked the room, and they didn't disappoint me; they gave a room with the view of Asia Park and the bridges. The view was fantastic, especially at night.
Everything was fantastic! The hotel is near Lotte Mart and Asia Park. It is new, clean and quiet. The facilities and services are wonderful. The ensuite bathroom and toilet are marvellous, with a high-tech bidet and seat warmer.

Best part about the property was its room which was so neat and clean and peaceful as well. Totally worth the money.
The buffet breakfast had less options for vegetarians. So if I book an hotel included with breakfast and pay extra money I expect it to be fulfilling and enriched with varieties.
