THE MANAGER DAVID COYLE OFFERED US AN UPGRADE ON 21 ST FLOOR FOR BREAKFAST AND EVENIING TEA. THE MANAGER AND HIS STAFF WERE DELIGHTFULL EVERYTHING AT THE HOTEL WAS TO OUR LIKEING

Very good breakfast with best quality of ham, butter and cheese. I tried Steak in the restaurant that was nicely cooked. Gym is also very good. City View from our room towards Dragon Bridge and river was awesome. Nothing to dislike.

Our family had access to the Club Lounge, which we used for breakfast on one morning and joined the Happy Hour (including dinner) every night. The staff throughout the hotel are amazing, specially in the Club Lounge and the dining room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The walk-in shower was much appreciated, as we had combined tubs/showers in the other three hotels that we stayed in. The food in the ground floor restaurant was amazing. The location of the swimming pool is a disaster. It is in full view of both a side road with pedestrians and traffic and the hotel reception foyer. There is absolutely no privacy for swimmers. Also,there is a drain running almost alongside the pool, and the odour from the drain does not make for an enjoyable experience for swimmers. We mentioned this to the hotel General Manager, and he undertook to investigate this matter.

The room was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view over the river. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Lan in the priority lounge was exceptional even helping a parent distract an over wrought screaming child to calm down. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed overnight but wished we had stayed longer. The location was set back away from traffic on a little island on the river with restaurants close by. We met the general manager who came over and chatted to guests which was a nice touch. They did have shuttles to locations in danang. Best run hotel we had stayed in the last two months away. Nothing everything was excellent

Lan in the lounge is amazing, lovely lady and made the trip Beds are comfortable No soundproofing, next door room was noisy Bit out of the way, needed taxi rather than walking places
