The apartment is spacious and includes a kitchen, along with a washing machine and a dryer. The staff could be a tad friendlier.

Clean and spacious inside the apartment. I used the washing machine and dryer. It had clear instruction via QR code. Location with a few seafood restaurants within 400m walking distance. The staff also helped to arrange car and tickets to Bana Hill which is quite convenient . Breakfast can be better, it’s quite repetitive. The lobby is crowded and waiting for lift can take a while .

Staff were lovely and responsive. Nice pool area on the top, great breakfast, comfortable rooms with all mod cons. Highly recommended! Nothing major - the lift could be a bit busy at times but to be expected in a big high rise building.

Great location near the beach, breakfast was excellent, room very clean and spacious Rooftop pool view blocked by an abandoned construction. Lifts were super slow.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and did everything they could to make sure everything was great for their guests. We were on a high floor and had magnificent views of Da Nang. The pool, gym and restaurant were amazing. There was nothing we didn't like.

Well located and minutes walk to the beach and seafront promenade. Suites were big and spacious with basic amenities provided such as toiletries, cooking utensils, laundry powder. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. Lifts were slow as it was also being used by the housekeeping staff. No flexibility with check In and check out times, hotel lobby quite small and can get quite crowded when big groups arrive.

It was a pleasant stay at Altara. Breakfast was delicious with a range of choices from congee, pho, Vietnamese dishes, continental breakfast, and dessert. Hotel was relatively close to the beach and there were restaurants close by to visit for a meal. Hotel room was clean and the service was good. The people at Altara were very helpful and informative. The lounge room seemed a bit smaller than we expected. The room had to be ventilated because it seemed a bit musty.

Where do I start? The property was very clean (my only complaint was the smell in the hallway - musty or mouldy) but that is my only complaint of our whole 7 night stay. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices including a separate vegan menu we could order from every day! A special mention to Linh unpstairs who was the most friendly and welcoming staff member! They even brought us soy milk every morning and remembered our eating preferences! The room was spacious, quiet, clean and had everything we needed - the washing machine and dryer were so so handy!!. We didn’t eat in the room so only used the kettle and 2 cups for tea. The bed was the most comfortable king sized bed and we slept so well! The pool and gym were amazing and we really enjoying using those facilities (the views were incredible up there). We would 100% recommend altara suites and will definately stay again! Nothing - can’t fault it at all
