Our room was incredible!! Very large suite and balcony. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! They were so comfortable as well as the sofa. The bath was pure luxury! I cannot fault the room! Perfection! Everything was amazing but there were a few minor details that could be improved on. Firstly some of the reception staff weren't very warm and welcoming if anything they came across stuck up and if they were looking down on us as if we didn't belong. I had paid for one of the best rooms so I don't expect to feel this way. But please note that was only a few of the staff members. The spa staff were very kind. Secondly, this is very small but being a 5 star hotel it would be nice if they had a smart TV in the room with Netflix. And lastly, this seems to be the same with most hotels, it would be nice if the breakfast could accommodate all dietary needs. I am vegan (not vegetarian) and I think I was only able to have fruit.

Breakfast variety was fantastic and the service was very good. The views of the sea from the rooms was amazing, particularly the sunrise. Rooms are open spacious and comfy. Though this property was more expensive than all other hotels we booked in Vietnam, the service quality and room comforts and amenities were worth it. The highlight of our stay in Danang was Esco Bar, which is not too far from the hotel. Location is a bit far from the sites and main bars but it was easy to get around using Grab taxis. The hotel advised us to pay in VND because the exchange rate they use increases the $ value by a lot compared to what was given on Booking.com. We had to pay using a different card which was inconvenient. It would be preferable if prices were set in USD at the time of booking.

- nice gym - good breakfast - very friendly staff - location: far from the hustle bustle of city centre, not much around it - not much to do at the hotel, not sure it feels like a five star hotel - we were kinda fooled by the huge price cut, thinking it’s an amazing deal. turns out it’s more of an always on thing

Fabulous hotel, excellent food, great rooms, views, and awesome team. Pool was terrific with sauna and steam rooms. Great rooftop bar. I was expecting beach frontage. The beach was across a busy road from the hotel. The area around the beach was very run down with few facilities nearby. Some parts looked decidedly dodgy. Great hotel if you're not seeking the beach resort experience.

Staff were incredible, we had a slight issue with noise from a connecting room during our first night, which reception sorted within minutes. We were then met at breakfast the next morning by the guest relations manager who was lovely and apologised again. The facilities were top notch, absolutely beautiful hotel and room with an amazing balcony. The location is a bit far away, the only real food options outside of the hotel are tourist trap seafood restaurants (which are all over Da Nang) so we would recommend taking a taxi into the main part of town.

Fantastic staff just couldn't do enough to make our stay better. Roof top bar was terrific with great views of the bay. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of local and western food. Nothing.

Room was airy and comfortable. Good sea view. Speakeasy bar was very pleasant. Room was kept clean and a plentiful supply of water available 40 minute walk to town. Grab taxi service excellent. Large breakfast selection but not really to my taste.
