We needed accommodation near the airport for a one night stay and very early flight departure. Room had an amazing view of the river and city. Very central location and great facilities available for guests. Staff arranged 4.30am transport to airport and a breakfast box upon departure. Everything was organised and punctual. Close proximity to airport.

Great friendly staff. Rooms are tidy and clean with great views to the river. In a good location and walking distance to the river, bridge and market. Buffet breakfast is pretty good too. There was a moldy smell due to rain which we had to open the balcony windows to let in fresh air.

The view from our room was amazing as was the size and spaciousness. The location was fabulous and the infinity pool was great. Great hotel. Nothing. Wish our stay was longer.

Breakfast was buffet and always well presented with local choices as well as most international standards. View over the river was nice. Getting to the dining area was not easy. Either go to the ground floor and then up another elevator to the dining area on level 4. Or take the evelvator to level 5 and walk down a spiral staircase to level 4. This staircase is a major hazard for visually impaired (like me with monocular vision) because of its material construction and lack of edge markings. However, this is a minor complaint and one that is not relevant to normal sited persons and a common problem if you visit Vietnam. Not a complaint. Just a fact.

The hotel was perfect for our requirements. I cannot fault it. The view from our room was spectacular. Food was excellent and good value. There wasn't much respite from the heat where the pool is situated. It's not a criticism, just an observation. I'm fair skinned.
