Lokation is great, amazing restaurant with a great view on the river and bridges, and variety, taste and quality of food exellent. Everybody was so kind, helpful and smiling. Clean, comfirtable and worth of money. We have got exactly what we booked.

Amazing views of the river and Dragon Bridge! Breakfast and staff were fantastic as well. The windows were dirty making it harder to enjoy the Dragon Bridge fire display.

The staff here were exceptional, from the enthusiastic Bell on the ground floor right up to the restaurant staff on the top floor. I didn't know any Vietnamese and as always, began learning on the fly - with the girl in the restaurant being patient and helpful! The view was also great through the large window (wall) looking over the river. You could also open the window to let in fresh air. I did have a meal in the restaurant the first night - was getting late - and it was delicious. The breakfast was okay (but the plates were tiny!). Having a separate shower from the bathtub would have been nice.

We stayed one night in the premium room on the 7th floor, we picked the hotel for its view and location. Ok so the room is a little tired, but after the world shut down for a few years you got to expect these things. All I can say is the hotel is in a great location, has a great view and for £50 a night you get a room that would cost you 10 times that in London at least. Nothing, great hotel.
