Location is brilliant. Great views of the dragon Bridge and city. Breakfast was the best I had over my trip in Vietnam. When we arrived at our room it was not a bathtub room as we had booked. I rang reception and asked them why we didn't receive the room we booked and was told that because I didn't specify when I was checking in that we wanted a bathtub room we didn't receive one and all those rooms were now booked out. I checked my booking and it definitely said bathtub, and didn't mention the need to specify when checking in. I asked if we could be refunded some money as we were in a cheaper room than the one we booked and paid for. I was then told it would be possible to move. Strange as I had just been told they were booked out 🤔 in about 5 minutes we were moved to the room and it was clearly clean and ready for use so I'm not sure why we weren't put there in the first place. Maybe they hoped someone would book it at a higher price. Either way I still loved my stay due to the location and food.

Nice hotel. Excellent position and river view. The hotel personnel is guest satisfaction oriented. Breakfast can be improved for western people, maybe installing an espresso machine and offering same cakes. I would like to express a note of thanks to the breakfast room staff, in particular to the supervisor Rose who took care of our needs with particular attention, making us appreciate our stay in this hotel. If you come to DaNang stay here. Everything was perfect

A superb, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing, pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast catered for all nationalities and was set in a beautiful room with views of the Han river. The rooftop lounge bar afforded views of the river and the city. The well-trained staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely among the top five hotels I have visited. Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and great location by the river. The staff were also very friendly and helpful- they helped us with planning trips to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills which were great.

Love the location, view, interior design, vibe is so hype, breakfast was good too, Great service, near restaurants, cafe & shopping. Almost perfect except for some occasional noice coming from street, other rooms, hallway and roof top bar.

I really liked the room and also the location of this hotel naer downtown Danang. I also celebrated my spouse's wedding anniversary in Danang Vietnam this year. The staff were very nice to prepare folded towels to resemble two swans, placed on our bed, along with scattered rose petals and also prepared a small cake for our anniversary. I also liked that there was a swimming pool on the 20th floor and there is 30minute complementary foot massage provided to guests if you book for at least two consecutive night at the hotel. there is also a small gym/exercise area next to the swimming pool area. The view from our room, of the Han River, was marvelous and excellent! You could also see the fire dragon show from the dragon bridge on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. I did not like that the check in counter is located on the "second floor" of the building. If you have lots of luggages, then prepare to have the bell boy or staff carry your bags up those flight of stairs. Otherwise, this hotel is an excellent hotel with lots of ammenities and my wife and I would come back to this hotel if we stay in Danang.

The Suite Room wasn’t available til my last day at the hotel. So, I transferred to the Deluxe Riverfront Room on my last night. When you want to have a chill night, try the restaurant at the rooftop, there was a live band and the weather was cool at that time. I liked the smell of the hallway, I can’t get enough… totally captivated, haha! The lights by the lift is motion activated, so I guess mother Earth is happy about that 😌

If you like some space, checking in the Suite room is the perfect choice. It has big windows and 3 little balconies which offers an awesome view of the Dragon Bridge and Han River. The hotel is at the city center so it’s very accessible. I like the cafes and food places around the Hotel. The Han market and post-mail is about walking distance. 😄
