Very friendly staff, lovely garden area for meals and drinks. They were very helpful and let us have a late checkout. Gym very small and not air conditioned. Only 3 machines and one of them did not work.

We liked everything about this hotel. It's luxury old world ambience with wooden fixtures and sweeping staircase is glorious. Breakfast in the garden was sensational. The frog chorus in the garden bar is magic. A beautiful hotel staffed with wonderful people who will do anything to make your stay perfect. The free pool table was also great!

The hotel is on a busy street, but was well insulated and quiet. A decent little gym. The rooms were very spacious. The old feel of it, with polished wooden floors, reminded me of Sri Lanka, where I live. In other words, the colonial era feel has not been lost. The staff were very helpful, too. And it is very well situated for the town. Honestly can't really think of anything!

The Saigon Morin Hotel is a lovely old early 20th century hotel on the river in Hue. It is situated across the road from the river, so our room had a nice view. It is well situated in the quieter part of Hue - it is about 5 mins walk from the bustling, noisy nightlife strip, but fortunately avoids the noise and flashing lights. Our room was very large with two king sized beds and plenty of space. It was a good place to relax after a long day at the Citadel Wifi was OK without being great. But not a significant issue - we always had sufficient coverage.

The advisor made the arrangement and recommended the tour was excellent. The tour guide to exceptional in English and knowledge about the sites we visited. The staff was very friendly and helpful The bed could have been softer

Beautiful hotel from the old days. Modern with a dose of nostalgia. In an excellent location. A short distance from the center of the action, but in a quiet area, without tourist bars and karaoke. Really excellent breakfast in the nice atrium.

The property is classic old style with wide open corridors and a central courtyard which serves as the hotels hub. The trim was spacious though a little dated. That said we had everything we needed and it was very clean. Enjoyed time in the courtyard for food and drinks. The staff did not have great English.

Staff is very friendly, top quality service. The room has nice old fashion style which I appreciate. Great breakfast in the central garden when it is beautiful weather. Renovation work should be a top priority to preserve this historic jewel.

The room is very comfortable. The breakfast in the garden was enjoyable. Everything was very good, but maybe they should update the shower.
