Beautiful building in a great location next to the walls of the Imperial city. Very comfortable room overlooking the central courtyard with a little balcony. Excellent pool and very good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would happily return. Neighbouring room was a little noisy on the first night. TV was not tuned in correctly. Bathtub very small and awkward - especially when using as a shower.

Beautifully appointed hotel in an historic building right next to the imperial inner city. Great location. Good food selection at breakfast.Staff were attentive helpful. The bar area was not well attended to and drink selection was limited. Cocktails were not well made.

Decor excellent. Well appointed. Room spacious with separate shower and bathroom. Staff excellent. Spa service well worth a visit. Breakfast had great choice. Pool refreshing. Overall on site facilities and excellent location across the river were ideal for our stay. Nothing not to like about this well presented friendly and accommodating hotel. Walking distance to plenty of local bars and restaurants or for slightly longer trips Grab taxis are cheap.

Located right next to the imperial palace in a quiet street, this hotel is a gem in traditional architecture and design. Rooms seem to be mostly located on the ground floor. Breakfast was nice. It´s a fifteen minute walk to Meridian Gate (and for coffee lovers: the stylish café Tan 86 is just around the corner). I think for our touristic visit of Hué we couldn´t have chosen better.

For us, this was a great location. It wasnt in the centre but was a short walk to lots of restaurants and the palace so was ideal. The weather was not good and so we were unable to use all of the facilities. We had the duplex room which was fabulous. Really spacious. Staff were great, really helpful. Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect. The combination of history vs functionality was done exquisitely in regards to look and feel. It felt authentic and in line with its surroundings. Very comfortable with very efficient and friendly staff. The Restaurants offerings on food did not match the incredible breakfast, however there are enough great small restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing property in an amazing location. Very close to the imperial citadel. The staff are wonderful and will make your stay just perfect. That we had to leave.

Beautiful property, great decor. I spent two days sick in bed and I felt comfy with one big screen to watch tv and the complimentary snacks that were coming every afternoon. Very good breakfast Both my room and my friend’s one had a terrible damp smell first because it was super humid outside and second because of lack of windows. The door though faced outdoor not a dark corridor. Being inside I got used to it but at first it’s a bit annoying
