The room was amazing, deluxe king room with sea view. Fantastic views of the sunset and amazing bath and shower. Loved the free shuttles to small market and duong dong daily and there is a buggy takes you to the local shop and restaurant , walking distance but helpful if carrying essentials that are cheaper than the hotel. The pool and beach areas are fabulous and the breakfast has lots of choices and amazing food . Definitely be back. Air con not working correctly 1st night but fixed at once when told the staff

The pool is fantastic, huge in size and has a bar. There are plenty of things here to keep kids entertained. The grounds are well-maintained and lovely. Most of all, the proximity to the beach is brilliant for spending time swimming and relaxing. Nothing

Loved everything! We had such a great christmas at the pullman. Rooms, beds, resort ground, breakfast and ( christmas lunch) were amazing! So much attention to detail. Will stay here again if we ever come back to phu quoc! Highly recommend.

Great staff and facilities! We loved our stay. Breakfast was something to look forward to every day. We felt very spoiled. The food was quite expensive, but i guess that’s to be expected. But plenty of cheaper options just a Grab ride away.

The pool is so nice, you can relax and have a peacefull mind while lying your back along the side of the pool. The price might be a little more expensive than the other resorts but I guarantee that it is worth the price. Superb amenities and facilities and the staff are the best.

Excellent service and staff were helpful. Breakfast had a very good selection. Beach and all facilities were exceptionally clean. Activities and shuttle were great additions. A little far from town.

Beautiful grounds. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff was great. Dat from help desk and Durong from concierge desk was very helpful and accommodating. Made out stay easier and more enjoying If I had to be very picky. The rooms that we occupied had a little bit of a musty smell. I do understand that the humidity level is very high in Phu Quoc and that doesn’t help.
