All the staff were amazing, helpful and communication was fantastic. One son had a broken ankle and they looked after him so well. Second son got sick during our stay (not as a result of the food or anything) and the staff arranged medication, a thermometer and a late check out so he could recover enough to travel. So grateful! The accommodation was so clean and comfortable too. Best sleep we all had in a week! Nothing

It is located in a hill with a view to a very big lake. A beautiful place & clean. You can walk or cycling around the zone with fresh air in the summer. They have kid room, that is good for family with kid. Bird garden is also a good one for kid discovery the bird. Very nice staffs and smiling services!

Had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating. Resort is beautiful and easy to get around, either by using the provided bikes that are located everywhere on the resort or by requesting the buggy. Room service was efficient and quick. Private pool was awesome and loved by my son. Views during the rain storms in the Water Pool Villa were amazing. The bird sanctuary was also very fun and exciting for my son. He was able to feed the birds by hand and had a few birds land on him. We also utilized the free kayaks to paddle around the water, rocks and villas looking for fish & crab. If only they could control the weather. :) We experienced a few rain storms in the afternoon/evening.

The lagoon villa was stunning, and so spacious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay on the property. We were able to easily book spa treatments and even had a romantic dinner set up at our villa, which was very special. Breakfast selection was phenomenal and the open pools were beautiful. Always willing to provide free golf cart shuttles to different areas of the property.

The staff makes you feel very welcoming. Cristy, the assistant manager, is very efficient in anything you require and is attentive to details. The spa is wonderful. The wide spread of breakfast is superb. The resort has numerous activities suitable for families, friends, or couples. It was a relaxing and comfy stay and I highly recommend the hillside villa with pool. It is tranquil and has privacy. The outdoor shower and toilet can be quite hot in the summer months.
