Possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever received from any hotel stay (at whatever level of stars) from anywhere in the world ! Full compliments to team Fivitel 👍
Room was clean and comfortable with a great view overlooking The Dragon bridge and had and had everything I needed. Breakfast selection was fabulous and the pool gym and spa a nice bonus for the exceptional price of my 3 day stay. The offer of a free courtesy car & driver to the airport on checkout was the icing on the cake. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊

Lovely staff and prompt service.
Front office booked our day tour to Ba na hills.
Special mention to Cindy and iVy at front desk for great hospitality. And peony at the spa for brilliant massages.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and has a view of Dragon Bridge and a beautiful sunrise. The hotel is conveniently located, only 7 minutes to Son Tra Night Market and 40 minutes to BaNa Hills.
The decor may be a bit outdated, but the cleanliness is maintained.

Breakfast was really great with lots of variation. Friendly & accommodating staff/personnel. Car services are good. Extra effort were done e.g. snack packs. Location is perfect for us with many choices of restaurants nearby. Complimentary massage is highly recommended.

The staff is very kind and helps you with everything, like in a 5 star hotel. The hotel has really great prices with a driver who will wait for you while you are sightseeing, this made my holiday really carefree. The breakfast is really good, also we had a view on the dragon bridge.
The location is in center of Da nang, really close to the airport and train station and the dragon bridge, a little further to the beach on foot, but you can get there with a grab in 5 minutes.

Location: central location close to the airport, walking distance to day/night markets, Dragon bridge, good local restaurants and cafes in the area.
Hotel staff: very hospitable and friendly, they provided good restaurant recommendations. Specifically, the office manager went out of her way to ensure we arrived at the airport on time without dramas (Thank you, Ms. Ivy!).
Breakfast: good selection of western and Asian options, very friendly staff.
Room: we booked the family room for 3 pax. Very spacious and clean. Room facilities
Due to its central location, the noise from the traffic throughout the day until late was audible although we were on the 15th floor. It required some getting used to but it did not negatively impact our stay.

Very nice and comfortable room, clean and spacious.
From our room we had perfect and direct view on Dragon bridge. Such a great staff, especially Ms.Ivy 👏🏻 words can't describe how incredible Ms.Ivy is, with a great personality, always positive with a smile on her face. Ms.Ivy was so helpful and answered all our questions and requests. We wish to meet such a great front office manager in the hotels where we stayed on our trip around SE Asia 😁

The staff spoke good English and every of them is with manner when talking to me . I feel comfortable in the period of stay.
It is close to some tourist visits and also near to the river.
The breakfast was fresh with multiple choice.

Amazing location walkable to everywhere, hotel has bicycle and motorcycle to rent. Amazing staff, I felt very comfortable. I was in good hands for 1 week. Near by coffee shop is very good for remote working. What can I say more. If I ever come back to Da Nang I won’t hesitate to book Fivitel. Thank you Ivy & Cara and everyone.

Outstanding quality in every aspect. Great staff in all areas, extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend using their driver service for trips to Hoi An / other small sighseeing tours. Costs are very reasonable and the drivers we had were reliable, flexible and professional. Convenient location for people who prefer to stay in the centre rather than the beach.
