Comfortable and accommodating staff. Scooters are easy to rent. Rooms tv also has netflix which is a nice late night perk. Breakfast could have been better.

The room was large, beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind and nice. They even upgraded my parents' room to a better room for free that day. We stayed for two nights and ordered breakfast. The food was delicious. It's a blessing to be able to eat pho in the morning. I recommend staying here. My mother and relatives and friends can also go for a walk on the nearby beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, which is very comfortable. No

Loved this hotel! Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful; carried our bags to our room, let us leave luggage a day early (as went on cruise) and let us check in an hour early. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable bed and close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! There were small bits in our room that showed signs of durability/ could have been deep cleaned but nothing that affected us at all :)

We only stayed two nights but had a very good time. The staff is professional and very friendly. We were lucky because they gave us an upgraded room without any extra charge when we checked in. All of the staff were very polite and helpful with all our inquiries. Everything was taken care of right away (laundry came back fresh and clean the same day, problems with the safe (our fault) or booking a tour). The room was clean, modern and looked like the pictures you see online. The bed is comfortable and clean. We had a stable and fast wifi connection, enough hot water and a good breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area and just a few walking minutes away from a beautiful beach. We rented a scooter at the reception and in only about 10-15 Minuten your at the city center. It was a great stay and we would love to come back.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were great. Very large bathrooms. Loads of hot water. Close to the beach. The property itself is great. Since covid the area is very quiet which is a pity for the whole resort. I hope the tourists return soon for the businesses there.

The room was exactly like in the pictures,very clean and the mattress soft/firm ratio was great. The sheets were so soft as well. Staff super friendly and accommodating.

In a very quite area. We were charmed by the location. It is in a bit of a Ghost town. We enjoyed strolling the streets with no one around. Looking at all of the new development of a French town complete with giant French statues. The street the hotel is located on, all the store fronts have a Art Deco 1920s 30s feel, like you are on a movie set . It was certainly something to experience and for the price we would recommend this hotel. A tip would be for dinner catch a taxi to the part of Halong that the locals eat. Also the Sea Cafe doen the end of the street serves a great coffee.
