The Staff, although they struggled a bit with English were very helpful and ready to assist with any enquiry. The buffet breakfast was great and the location very central with an amazing view from the room.

The hotel is clean, calm and have a nice view. The room is spacious and comfortable. Hang and Phuong are very professional and welcoming. The staff overall is nice and respectful. Also the breakfast is good but could be more various. The food is good and is easy to order. The breakfast is not various

Wonderful stay in this hotel. Big rooms, clean and great views. Close to the theme park and cable car ride. Many restaurants right outside. The pool was big and clean. The team were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast we plentiful but average. However, for the price you pay it is more then satisfactory.
