Room size lovely , nice room with lovely big bed really comfortable for me I also really liked the location of the hotel and the gym I did book it do I could use the pool but a great big concept put there for a wedding and new year cel generations meant I couldn’t use it all which was the main reason I chose the hotel

The view of Halong Bay from the hotel is incredible. Staff are lovely. Great to have a pool and gym. We used both every day Unfort there is a sound system on the beach which is loud but the hotel provides ear bungs and we got used to it. It would be perfect without this. We still stayed a week and wd return

Swimming pool and fitness center is more than adequate. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, Staff are very courteous n obliging the balcony doesn’t come with chairs. The blaring music from the beach promenade every evening is quite annoying.

Pool area is nice, but a little outdated. Staff came and I could order directly from the pool site. Rooms were nice and clean - but no chairs on balcony to sit on. And it was quite dusty on the floor. Breakfast was closed, but we could order a la carte. Not far from beach. It's far away from the "centre". Shady roads nearby, just stick to the main road.

All is good and very nice property. The location is also very good. Breakfast was great. Staff is helpful. Being an international hotel chain, it is expected that hotel staff speak good English so please invest in language skills.

The view was great. I got late check-out at a discounted price, not too bad. I was "upgraded" to the beach view but it turned out it was right in front of an open-air club of sorts. This meant the music was so loud I could not sleep until past midnight. On top of this, the a/c system was extremely loud.

this is Novotel at its best and in style. The upgraded bay view room was immaculate. there is a stylishness about top tier hotels and Novotel Halong Bay is no exception. It would be hard to fault but the bar fridge failed. a repairman was there in minutes to remove and replace.

I don’t usually right reviews but I just wanted to thank everyone at the hotel Especially (Thun ) who went out of her way to help me All the staff was pleasant and spoke good English (which was nice) Food was lovely very clean and comfortable rooms Location was great Amazing view from balcony No complaints at all
