The place is beautiful, well organized. The most amazing thing was the family dinner and breakfast that they organize. It was lovely to taste the food they cooked and to be able to share it with the other guests. The staff was very nice and helpful too. The shared room was definetly not prepared for the weather that there was those days, which were cold (end of January). The windows did not close properly so there was cold air coming in. We finally switched to a private room, which was isolated and had heating system. It was a very nice stay at the end.

One of those rare cases when reality is even better than the pictures. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool and the rice paddies. The bed was very confortable, which was particularly welcome after a few nights spent on rock hard mattresses across the country. Mosquito net also VERY appreciated. Great pool, super nice surroundings, sweet staff, always smiling and super helpful, tasty dinner and breakfast. The only hiccup was a clogged sink.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Mai Chau. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The views are beautiful and it was somehow both lovely and very peaceful at the same time. Would very much recommend staying here.

Favourite guesthouse after a month of travelling in Vietnam with my son. Peaceful surroundings, comfortable rooms & excellent dinners but most of all an amazing host. Huang Ha was there from the beginning - from meeting us in the dark, always present & helping us with a taxi, ferry & our first homestay in Da Bia. She also contacted a friend in Sung Village (and even called to make sure we’d made it) before we continued to Ke. Huang is passionately concerned about the effects of overtourism in Vietnam and gave us a fascinating end to our voyage where we met some wonderful people. Thank you so much for all your advice as well as two great nights in your beautiful guesthouse!
