Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. The location is great and bed is very comfortable.
The shower was a little bit old and didn’t feel very clean, the water wasn’t hot later in the day.

The property was steps away from the centre of the town. We lived in separate bungalow next to the pool and little pond with decorative fishes, so much used to humans so they came out of the water hoping for treat and gently touches.
The bungalow was clean, comfortable and very private.
Breakfast was always great. Staff was very polite and supportive. Strongly recommend.

Excellent hotel with huge rooms, very friendly staff who helped us a lot. Location was fantastic. Great breakfast too. Real value for money.

Great central location. Comfortable and value for money. Generous buffet breakfast. Pleasant pool and outside area. Le Phuc, the manager/concierge, was particularly helpful and accommodating.
Unfortunately they had hot water issues for most of our stay but the manager found a solution using the pool facilities for showers. Maintenance issues can’t be helped I suppose. No Netflix and only a very limited number of English speaking TV channels.

Easily able to rent a bike and ride around Ninh binh which was one of the main highlights of our trip.
Staff were really helpful, they offered luggage holding and reliable laundry services.

They also provided bicycles to travel around.
The staff were excellent and also arranged for our taxi back to Hanoi.
