We booked here with friends for a relaxing beach holiday, the close proximity to the beach is the selling point of this hotel. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and the room we had, although with a city view, was spacious. The breakfast was fairly average and more Vietnamese than western which was fine, although I was surprised not to be able to get pho especially as it had pho written above the breakfast bar, but oddly could get macaroni pasta if wanted! We only had breakfast one of the four days.

Delicious buffet breakfast. The cheapest hotel deal we could ever get to compare with other cities or local. Room was very clean with massive bed and nice furnitures. Big balcony with city and beach view .The receptionists were very friendly , polite ,helpful and nice . We checked in earlier, but they didn't charge more . Close to the beach, and l could see the beach from the balcony. Feel so lucky to stay there, and l wish l could come back again in the future . Wonderful place

I was shocked when I first opened the door of the room because It is clean, new. The glasses doors/walls separating bedroom/restroom/bathroom are impressive. All the staff members & managers are friendly with total hospitality. I am very impressed & thankful Mostly with the front desk girl (with glasses). Wow! This place completely blew my mind as I had thought it would be much lower quality based on the price. This has most definitely been the nicest hotel I have stayed at during my time in Vietnam thus far. It is only a few blocks away from the beach, and less than 10 mins from many bars and restaurants in the downtown area. I would 100% stay here again and I was bummed that my visit was so short.

It was the best hotel I ever stayed at during my time in vietnam. AND it was super cheap compare to others hotel I stayed in HCM, Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, Cần Thơ, and Vĩnh Long, and Merlot was the best. It was clean, location was walking distance from good food restaurants, beach and shopping centers. Only downside was the guess staying in the room next to mine was a little loud.

Had a welcome drink from the hotel, which was a nice gesture. Check-in was smooth, though needed to pay a refundable deposit of 500,000 VND (instead of leaving my passport with the reception). Concierge cum guard was helpful to carry the luggage and show us the room. Room was clean with a great view of part of the city and partial sea view. Location was rather strategic.

We booked two nights here whilst having honeymoon in Vietnam and was great choice. Hotel offered us shuttle van for 600k land it was less than taxi and we had plenty of space. The room itself was super clean, had comfy bed. We appreciated English speaking staff and great location, perfect swimming pool and free sun beds on beach.

We had 3 rooms for a family of 6, and the hotel provided the bed configurations we needed. The hotel is right opposite the beach so that was a nice feature, but it also was not at the ultra-noisy end of the beach which was great. Breakfast was good. Lots of eating options in the area.

Hotel was lovely - the room was a great size, clean and modern. The beds were the best we stayed in, in Vietnam! The staff were very helpful, recommending restaurants, sorting out laundry and organising taxis. Located next to the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants.
