Dinh the manager was so helpful before we got there and during our stay Good place to meet other travellers Breakfast was better than many and included in price. A good base to explore the area Comfy bed We had a room at the back which was cold and damp, but the weather was cold and damp so the whole town was covered in condensation! Aircon only for cold air and during our stay we needed hot!

This is a nice place to stay!! :) . Dinh the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she helped us with arrange transport and activities and always very personal and lovely! The location is great, you can hire motorbikes from the hotel or rental places down the road. Close to cafes and restaurants and the sea front. Breakfast was good and the vegan restaurant below was good too. Only thing was we visited during a particularly humid time so there was quite a bit of condensation on the walls and floors so definitely bring flip flops/indoor shoes.

Very nice hotel, in a good location. Nice and helpful staff who will help you organize all kinds of attractions. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfasts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Cat Ba.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the beds were super comfortable and the staff were ready to help us book anything and everything! The location is great. There were ants in our room, and especially on the bed. A few hairs in the bed too.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was quite good. The staff was very helpful in booking any tours or buses needed. Like most showers in Vietnam/Asia there is nothing seperating the shower from toilet etc. the bathroom is completely soaked after a shower and didn't dry overnight.

Friendly staff that ensured we had a breakfast before our very early check out. Our room had two beds which was comfy. Off the main strip so away from the tourist traps but still in a nice lively street with great restaurants and little shops. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Nothing wrong, but the bathroom is a wet-room (toilet @ shower don’t have separators) so ensure you have a pair of indoor shoes to use when going to the toilet etc.
