The staff was extremely nice! The room was exactly like the description and was clean and very well located. The view of the bay was exceptional!
The beds could be a little bit more comfortable but other than that there were no worries.

Great value for money in a great location, right in the middle of town. We booked for a garden view but the owner was super sweet and upgraded us to an ocean view.
There is a lot of stairs but the views make it worthwhile. Room was very clean but the bathroom had an unusual smell. Didn’t really bother us though.

Really nice place to stay with a great view on the bay! The staff is really welcoming and nice and will give you a lot of advices for bus, boat tours etc. You can rent scooters too to visit the island . It is well located in the center of Cat Ba.

This place is located by the main road, close to everything. The rooms are big, beds comfy and the bathroom clean. WiFi works very well. If you chose the room with a sea view, the landscape is stunning.
The owner is kind, attentive and helps with booking tours (cheaper than in the hostel nearby).
Breakfast options are fine, available from 6.30am
Due to the proximity to the city centre you can hear the music in the evening but it stops early

Fabulous location with a stunning view over the sea. The owners and staff are simply wonderful. Breakfast is available and is very good. Laundry services are good and inexpensive and motorbike rental is available. The hotel has a massage service adjacent which is excellent, I had several and fully recommend. I even had my haircut there.
It's a one star hotel so don't expect 5 star luxury. There is no lift so there are quite a few stairs to climb if you want the rooms with the best views, however, its worth the effort

The view is simply amazing! You wake up and first things you see is the bay. It’s close to everything you need and the owner is able to help you with bus booking, scooter rental or tours.
The water from sink in the bathroom simply goes to the bathroom floor and flows to a hole in the ground on the other edge of bathroom. We found it a bit disgusting. Also the room doors are made of glass and they’re slightly transparent.
