Very generous size cabin and en-suite was huge for a cruise. Great private balcony off our cabin. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure our trip to Halong Bay was enjoyable. The food was delicious and very generous serves.

Great crew and especially amazing chef, the cruise is beautifully done and there are many experiences included like kayaking, biking etc..Our experience manager Tony was super attentive and the whole stay was perfectly organized and everything quite punctional and on time. Special compliments to the chef and the kitchen personnel, such high quality, clean, beautifully presented and balanced tastes, you would expect in top restaurants, not on a cruise. Especially the new Vietnamese menu was wow, amazing! Great culinary experience, thank you! Staying in the rooms facing the back of the boat you will smell a lot of exhaust gas, which is not very pleasent, also the a/c was not working. Drinks are not included and quite expensive (western prices) Additionally, one small constructive feedback, you are very often asked for food intolerance, you could consider adding labels to mention food contents in the buffets, as many people were confused and unable to properly clarify withthe crew(a small piece of paper will be enough).

The boat itself was a bit dated in my opinion but the room was amazing, spacious and well designed. Food was ok nothing too amazing but with this price we didn't expect anything fancy. Drink was reasonably priced. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Staff were so helpful throughout whole trip. The room was beautiful - lots of food and activities. I lost my hat afterwards and the staff located it with me and got it back to another hotel - they honestly went over and beyond!

Amazing journey with LaPinta cruise, stunning view, excellent service and food. The cruise looked a bit dated from the outside but the rooms are huge, clean and beautifully designed. Bed was the best ever! Room was clean and well kept. Great size very nice!! It was very hard to not have coffee in the morning, we were told 2 days we had to wait for breakfast 2 hrs almost. That is not a normal situation when people have traveled from all over the world. We were up at 5am with jet lag and had no help with just coffee being made or available for us to make.

The staff are so sweet and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. The boat is in new and clean condition, although you can hear the above floors creak (just wear ear plugs). The excursions include kayaking and a boat ride to some caves. I was expecting Vietnamese food, but the food was catered to tourists and wasn't good. The coffee was good though.
