We didnt actually say on this cruise, they moved us to the Le Theatre due to low numbers. However, they didnt disappoint, the staff we amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They only thing was the aircon was a bit low, bit just dont sleep with the blankets and you should be fine. They made our room up really nice and gave us a nice honeymoon experience. On our second day there was a lot of kids that joined the cruise so they set all the couples table outside which had the best views!! The itinerary is really good too to explore the islands and cultures. They arent rushed at all, plus the Tai Chi happens in the morning while youre sailing through the islands which is really lovely! The beer could have been colder, but we have experienced this throughout our stay in Vietnam.

We went on the Le Theatre Cruises because Madeline Cruises did not sail due to insufficient number of passengers. We had timely information and were offered rooms at Le theater at the same price, although Le Theatre Cruises is more expensive. So this assessment does not concern Madeline but Le Theatre. Very nice and comfortable cruise ship. Very kind and helpful staff, not at all pushy for additional paid services (drinks, etc.) as I read in the reviews of other ships. Very good and a lot of food, comfortable cabins, good planning in the activities. Bar drinks reasonably priced for such a ship. Not a very long cruise but that happens on all ships as the routes are fixed. Everything was really perfect. Great experience not to be missed. The shuttle service to and from the marina was expensive (although they gave us a small discount) but helpful.

We were moved to Le Theatre which was not a problem. It was an excellent cruise the food was fantastic, staff were amazing and rooms clean and comfortable. We did 2 nights and I highly recommend this as the village tour and speedboat ride through Ha Long Bay was fabulous. Nothing highly recommend this cruise

Actually, I was upgraded to a different cruise ship which was of a better category and also the cabin was upgraded nevertheless price in my eyes was barely reasonable for this kind of ship, accommodation & services... food choice a bit restricted !!!

Amazing cruise with good food. The staff on board is very helpfull and friendly. I had a huge comfy bed, nice pillows, and a balcony. Food on board was good. I loved especially the night on board. It was totally worth it and I usually do not like cruises .The landscape in the bay here is so beautiful. But as everyone you will be booked on board of the Le Theatre Cruise ship which is the same beautiful like Madeline. Also those both ships take only about 50 passengers which is little and makes you feel exclusive. Take care, the welcome lodge of the cruise Madeline is wrong indicated at Google.Maps but you have to go to the lounge of LeTheatre Cruise anyway. Bad smell in the bath room can appear.

Transfered to Le Theatre Cryise due to lack of passengers. Cruise was fantastic, we had beautiful weather and it makes really the difference. Timing of the activities was perfect, cruise staff led by Tom was extremely professional. At the restaurant we were taken care by André, who had performed very well with his excellent skills and good english. Overall well satisfied Being transfered from other cruise we were given connecteing rooms instead of family suite, no much to claim but rooms were a bit smaller than expected.

Madeline cruises did not have enough bookings, which is why we ended up on the cruise called „Du Theatre“ - it was fantastic! The staff was excellent and let us get off the cruise earlier, given that our next destination was Cat ba
