The room was out of this world. It was huge with full length windows all around for the beautiful view, plus it had a massage chair and a spa bath plus huge bed and balcony!! Exceptional! That we only stayed one night as there is a 2 night option! It was fabulous and I couldn't fault it in any way at all!

food on board was fantastic. All of the staff we dealt we great. Attentive friendly and warm Ann was our favourite always polite and a lovely smile which was lovely. Some parts of Halong bay were polluted and a little disappointing. But it is still a truly beautiful place. It really is a must see if you visit Vietnam

Beautiful boat and fab room. Staff were incredibly polite, professional, and friendly. Big shout out to Ann, who epitomises everything a waitress should be. Jasmine, the cruise manager, was very informative and professional too.

Overall hospitality by the staff. They took care of every minute details and served very well. The cruise had only 18 cabins so limited people and not very over crowded. Special mention for Tom and Harry. Always smiling and ready to serve. Nothing

Beautiful room . Were upgraded to Elegance room as they made a mistake and we had to move from Mon Cheri 1 boat to Mon Cheri 2 boat but it was worth it ! Strongly recommend this room if you can afford it . Massage chair . Huge bed . Bath with jacuzzi . Great balcony !!!! Food absolutely amazing Staff extremely friendly and helpful Very rare boat to have a pool too and it was so warm . Really amazing Certainly bad luck but both my husband and I and I had a really bad tummy in the second day and third day

The friendly and pleasant staff went out of their way to make the whole journey enjoyable and very comfortable for me and my family, the food was great too (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The room is big enough for a queen size bed which fit me and my wife and also a single bed for my son too, there is a day bed in the room too and a balcony with view of Halong Bay, the toilet is clean and have rain shower. Itinerary is too boring for a 3 days 2 nights cruise, need to have more activities or attraction visiting
