Top class experience from the beginning until the end. Cannot fault anything . Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very well organised throughout. We were kept busy for both days (we had 2 nights on board), but there was also adequate opportunity to rest! The 2nd day was particularly enjoyable with a visit to Can Ba island where we cycled and walked through this traditional Vietnamese village. Excellent lunch too. The food on board was very high quality and plenty of it. Definitely recommend the 2 night/3 day option. Our cabin was perfect. Our tour guides Tom and Peter were also excellent. The only criticism was that the drinks were very expensive. Everything was perfect

Went during their Tet holiday so there weren't as many passengers, it was quiet and calm and we got all the attention from the staff. Lovely rooms and amazing service and food in the most gorgeous and relaxing environment. Strongly recommend!

This is a relatively new cruise sheep. Manager and guide Tom is excellent in explaining everything and helping answer queries of all guests. Cruise company offers at cost transport from Hanoi to port and back. It's a journey of slightly more than 2 hours. We were provided with very comfortable limousine bus. On arrival we were told that We have been upgraded to Executive Rooms. After couple of hours we pointed to an issue in bathroom, they immediately shifted us to another room and apologised many time for inconvenience. Our personal butler Tomy was always so courteous. For small cruise ship, there was enough variety for meals. Ship has beautiful deck at top and also very nice bar/lounge. Overall exceptional experience. For vegetarian (which my wife ordered), perhaps few more options could have been better. With now many people turning to Vegan and Vegetarian, Cruise company should think about it.

The room was incredible. We had views from the bed in front and to the side. It felt really special. The kayaking and swimming was great. The food was lovely and the staff amazing. Everything was great - only thing would have liked the bar to be open longer.

Beautiful boat in excellent condition with the best team of staff. Lots of little things that made our stay perfect that I won't go into details or it'll take a whole day, just want to say we had a great time and will absolutely recommend this experience and this cruise company to everyone.

The cruise was excellent. We were given an upgrade on the room which was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony. The boat was really nice and the food was good. They catered for us not eating seafood very well.

This was definitely a highlight of our trip in Vietnam. The boat is stunning,the food is amazing and the staff are incredible. Sam our waiter for the 3 did everything is his power to make sure our time on board exceeded our expectations. Tom the cruise manager was always checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect. If you are thinking about doing Halong bay make sure you do the 3 day 2 night cruise or you will be kicking yourself.

We did the 2D/1N cruise. It was amazing from the beginning to the end. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, a big thanks to Tom and Jack, who took great care of us. The cruise was very well organized, there weren't many people on board (they accept max 20 people or so, so you can really enjoy the experience). The places we visited were off the beaten path, so we didn't meet many other boats, which was great. We did kayaking, swimming, cooking class, Tai Chi class, squid fishing, visited a cave on a bamboo boat.. lots of fan activities! The boat itself is new and clean.
